【摘要】：以中新天津生態(tài)城智能電網(wǎng)建設(shè)為背景,研究了電力系統(tǒng)與其他行業(yè)之間進(jìn)行大數(shù)據(jù)交易的模型。通過分析中新天津生態(tài)城中多元能源大數(shù)據(jù)的來源與特征,提出將大數(shù)據(jù)交易問題建模成為多屬性協(xié)商問題,并給出了體現(xiàn)不同屬性之間關(guān)聯(lián)度的多屬性協(xié)商效用函數(shù)。研究了電力系統(tǒng)與其他行業(yè)之間進(jìn)行大數(shù)據(jù)交易的模型。通過分析中新天津生態(tài)城中多元能源大數(shù)據(jù)的來源與特征,提出將大數(shù)據(jù)交易問題建模成為多屬性協(xié)商問題,并給出了體現(xiàn)不同屬性之間關(guān)聯(lián)度的多屬性協(xié)商效用函數(shù)。用Matlab實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于VEGA的多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化算法設(shè)計(jì),并進(jìn)行了多組算例分析。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,利用交易雙方效用函數(shù)以及多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化算法,可以獲得使買賣雙方雙贏的大數(shù)據(jù)屬性值,從而讓雙方能夠確認(rèn)數(shù)據(jù)交易的價(jià)格。
[Abstract]:The new Tianjin eco city smart grid construction as the background of big data on transactions between power system and other industries model. Through the analysis of the new Tianjin eco city diversified energy sources and characteristics of big data, the modeling problem of big data become more trade negotiation problem, and gives the relationship of multi attribute negotiation between different attributes. The utility function of big data on transactions between power system and other industries model. Through the analysis of the new Tianjin eco city diversified energy sources and characteristics of big data, the transaction modeling problem of big data become multi attribute negotiation problems, and gives the embodiment of relevance multi-attribute negotiation utility the function of different attributes. Using Matlab to achieve a multi objective optimization algorithm based on the VEGA design, and the many examples analysis. The experimental results show that the use of hand The two sides utility function and multi-objective optimization algorithm can get the big data attribute value of both sides, so that both sides can confirm the price of data transaction.
