【摘要】：為了擺脫在傳統(tǒng)地區(qū)配電網(wǎng)評價方法中對參評人員個人評價偏好的過度依賴,實現(xiàn)合理、精準的屬性權(quán)重確定,提出了一種基于屬性偏好學習的配電網(wǎng)多指標智能綜合評價方法。依據(jù)屬性測度理論,在置信度準則與評分準則下完成對配電網(wǎng)綜合評價模型的構(gòu)造;進而提出數(shù)值絕對偏移率指標以實現(xiàn)對中間值指標的數(shù)據(jù)預處理;最后,應(yīng)用隨機權(quán)神經(jīng)學習方法,通過對配電網(wǎng)歷史訓練樣本進行有監(jiān)督學習,計算得到指標屬性偏好權(quán)重,并依據(jù)配電網(wǎng)綜合評價模型以及計算所得屬性偏好權(quán)重完成對配電網(wǎng)待測樣本的智能綜合評價。與傳統(tǒng)的AHP、PSO-SVM以及RWN算法的對比仿真實驗驗證了該方法的精確性與穩(wěn)定性。該方法實現(xiàn)了合理、客觀的配電網(wǎng)綜合評價,對地區(qū)配電網(wǎng)評價具有一定的實際應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:In order to get rid of the excessive dependence on the individual evaluation preference of the participants in the traditional regional distribution network evaluation method, to achieve reasonable and accurate attribute weight determination. A multi-index intelligent comprehensive evaluation method based on attribute preference learning is proposed in this paper. According to the theory of attribute measure, the comprehensive evaluation model of distribution network is constructed under the confidence criterion and scoring criterion. Then, the numerical absolute deviation rate index is proposed to realize the data preprocessing of the intermediate value index. Finally, by using the stochastic weight neural learning method, the index attribute preference weight is calculated through supervised learning of the distribution network history training samples. And according to the distribution network comprehensive evaluation model and calculated attribute preference weight to complete the intelligent comprehensive evaluation of distribution network samples to be tested. And the traditional AHP. The accuracy and stability of the method are verified by the comparison of PSO-SVM and RWN algorithm. The method realizes reasonable and objective comprehensive evaluation of distribution network. It has certain practical application value to the regional distribution network evaluation.
