當前,在我國經濟迅速發(fā)展的大好形勢下,我國電力事業(yè)也隨之進入快速發(fā)展時期,火電廠的生產過規(guī)模不斷增大,運行參數(shù)也越來越復雜,對主輔機及其它相應的熱力設備和系統(tǒng)的要求也越來越高。火電廠的輸煤系統(tǒng)是電廠輔助系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,它和其它相應的機電設備承擔火電廠電力生產燃料供應任務。在火電廠的運行過程中,輸料系統(tǒng)工作效率的提高是整個火電廠工作效率提高的關鍵因素,整個輸料過程的遠程監(jiān)控也對自動制約系統(tǒng)的設計提出了更高的要求,傳統(tǒng)策略已經與這方面的要求相去甚遠,因此在輸煤系統(tǒng)中我們選用了當今應用最廣泛的PLC(可編程序制約器)制約系統(tǒng),使這種理想迅速地成為現(xiàn)實。本文首先闡述了課題來源和意 義,針對某企業(yè)自備電廠輸煤制約系統(tǒng)近況淺析淺析,概述了電廠輸煤系統(tǒng)的具體情況以及現(xiàn)有制約系統(tǒng)的構成及特點,淺析淺析系統(tǒng)存在的不足,論述改造的必要性。接著詳細的淺析淺析了PLC在國內外的研究近況,以及它在輸煤系統(tǒng)制約方面的優(yōu)勢,提出了基于PLC的火電廠輸煤程控系統(tǒng)改善方案;針對電廠的實際情況及工藝流程的要求,從系統(tǒng)結構、系統(tǒng)設計原則、組態(tài)方式及主要系統(tǒng)構成等方面進行了綜合的闡述,確定了合適的輸煤程控系統(tǒng)方案。根據(jù)火電廠的實際情況對系統(tǒng)的所需要的硬件、軟件及通訊方式進行了優(yōu)化選擇;最后對系統(tǒng)的制約方式、PLC制約、上位機與PLC通訊及上位機監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)方面進行了重點研究,實現(xiàn)了對整個輸煤程控系統(tǒng)方案的集成,同時對它的功能也進行了詳細的設計,從而使整個制約過程具有正常運行及事故處理,各種參數(shù)的監(jiān)測、報警信號的發(fā)出、裝置的調節(jié)、制約及設備危險時的保護功能,適合火電廠實際情況,達到了預期改造目的。
【Abstract】 At present, as China’s rapid economic development of the excellent situation, China’s power industry has entered a period of rapid development.The scale of the production of thermal power plants is increasing, and operating parameters are also more complex. The main auxiliary and other appropriate thermal equipment and system requirements are increasingly high. Thermal power plant coal handling system is an important part of a power-assisted system. It with other related mechanical and electrical equipment bears the thermal power plant fuel supply electricity mandate. When the thermal power plant is running, the improving of the input feeding system is the key factor to improve the efficiency of thermal power plants.The remote temporary control of the whole process of conveying has also put forward higher requirements to the automatic control system design. Traditional approach has a far cry from this requirement. So we selected today’s most widely used PLC (programmable logic controller) control system in the control system to make this an ideal quickly become a reality.This paper first describes the sources and significance and analysis the status quo subject for a company-owned power plant coal handling control system.It overviews the specific circumstances of power plant coal handling system and the existing control system of the composition and characteristics.It analysis the exiting problems and discuss the need for transformation. Following it analysis a detailed of the PLC Research at home and abroad, as well as its coal handling system control advantages.Then it proposed improvement program over PLC-based thermal power plant coal handling program.for the power plant and process requirements of the actual situation in,from the system architecture, system design principles, configuration methods and other aspects of the main system constitutes a comprehensive exposition of Coal Handling.Then determine the appropriate program control system solutions.According to the actual situation of thermal power plant, it optimized choice necessaryly hardware, software and communications.Finally, it carried out key research to the system control mode, PLC control, communication between PC and PLC and the host computer monitoring system. Then realized implementation of the entire coal handling the integration of programmable system solutions. It carried out a detailed design to its functions so that the whole control process with the normal operation and incident handling, monitoring of various parameters, alarm signal is issued, the device regulation, control and protection equipment, risk function, the actual situation for thermal power plants to achieve the desired transformation of the purpose.
