考慮潛伏期及醫(yī)療資源影響的SEIS模型動(dòng)力學(xué)分析

【摘要】:建立并分析考慮潛伏期及醫(yī)療資源影響的SEIS模型,其中醫(yī)療資源的影響主要考慮醫(yī)院病床的數(shù)量與恢復(fù)率的關(guān)系。分析模型發(fā)現(xiàn):當(dāng)基本再生數(shù)R01時(shí),系統(tǒng)只存在唯一正平衡點(diǎn);當(dāng)R01時(shí),系統(tǒng)可能存在兩個(gè)或無正平衡點(diǎn),并且當(dāng)醫(yī)院的病床數(shù)小到一定值時(shí),系統(tǒng)會(huì)發(fā)生后向分支,因此可以找到病床的存在閾值,這樣既不造成浪費(fèi),又能保證治療疾病時(shí)具有充足的資源。
[Abstract]:The SEIS model considering latent period and medical resources was established and analyzed, in which the effect of medical resources mainly considered the relationship between the number of hospital beds and the recovery rate. It is found that the system only has a unique positive equilibrium point when the number of basic regenerations is R01, and when the number of hospital beds is small to a certain value, the system will have backward branching, while the system may have two or no positive equilibrium points at R01. Therefore, the existence threshold of bed can be found, which can not cause waste and ensure adequate resources for the treatment of diseases.
