基于LabVIEW的摩擦磨損試驗機數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)設(shè)計

【摘要】:摩擦學研究過程中,摩擦磨損試驗機數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)是必不可少的工具。然而,目前國內(nèi)大多數(shù)摩擦磨損特性信息采集系統(tǒng)仍使用基于模擬技術(shù)的記錄儀甚至直接采用人工讀數(shù)進行數(shù)據(jù)采集,導致了信息采集的不確定性,以及采集系統(tǒng)往往存在不及時、不直觀等問題。此外,在摩擦磨損試驗數(shù)據(jù)采集過程中常常需要對大量數(shù)據(jù)進行分析、處理,單靠人工完成測量任務(wù)難度很大,而且傳統(tǒng)的測量儀器功能模塊基本是以硬件或固化的軟件形式存在,使用靈活性較差。為了實現(xiàn)摩擦磨損過程中參數(shù)信息的準確采集、及時分析處理與直觀顯示,有必要設(shè)計一套摩擦磨損試驗機數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)。針對現(xiàn)有信號采集系統(tǒng)存在采集數(shù)據(jù)不及時、數(shù)據(jù)顯示不直觀等不足,本文基于虛擬儀器技術(shù)LabVIEW設(shè)計構(gòu)建了摩擦磨損試驗機數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)。文中采用三維建模軟件UG完成了硬件部分的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計。硬件部分的設(shè)計內(nèi)容主要包括用于產(chǎn)生信號的摩擦磨損試驗機的設(shè)計組裝、用于獲取摩擦磨損過程中材料特性參數(shù)傳感器的選取,配合各傳感器使用的信號調(diào)理模塊和相應(yīng)數(shù)據(jù)采集卡的購買,以及實現(xiàn)各個部件在摩擦磨損試驗機上的合理安置。利用虛擬儀器技術(shù)LabVIEW對軟件部分進行了程序編寫:該部分主要包括系統(tǒng)用戶管理界面、數(shù)據(jù)采集與存儲界面及數(shù)據(jù)查詢界面程序。軟件部分前面板的設(shè)計包括采集功能按鈕、信號曲線窗口顯示、數(shù)據(jù)采集指示信息等部分的合理布局;后面板的設(shè)計包括實現(xiàn)信號采集功能、信號的分析處理功能等。最終,完成了硬件部分與軟件部分的調(diào)試。本文設(shè)計的摩擦磨損試驗機數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)了摩擦磨損過程中對摩擦副材料特性參數(shù)的實時采集與直觀顯示,為進一步研究分析摩擦副材料性能提供數(shù)據(jù)支持,具有一定的實際應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:In the process of tribological research, the data acquisition system of friction and wear testing machine is an indispensable tool. However, at present, most of the domestic information acquisition systems of friction and wear characteristics still use the recorder based on simulation technology and even directly adopt manual reading to collect data, which leads to the uncertainty of information collection. As well as the collection system is often not timely, not intuitive and other problems. In addition, in the process of data acquisition of friction and wear test, it is often necessary to analyze and process a large number of data, so it is very difficult to accomplish the measurement task by manual means. And the traditional measurement instrument function module is basically in the form of hardware or solidified software, so it is not flexible to use. It is necessary to design a data acquisition system for friction and wear testing machine in order to realize the accurate collection of parameters in the process of friction and wear, timely analysis, processing and visual display. In view of the shortcomings of the existing signal acquisition system, such as the data acquisition is not timely and the data display is not intuitive, a friction and wear testing machine data acquisition system based on virtual instrument technology LabVIEW is designed in this paper. In this paper, the three-dimensional modeling software UG is used to complete the structure design of the hardware. The hardware design mainly includes the design and assembly of the friction and wear testing machine used to generate the signal, which is used to obtain the selection of material characteristic parameter sensor in the process of friction and wear. With the purchase of the signal conditioning module and the corresponding data acquisition card used by the sensors, the reasonable placement of the components on the friction and wear testing machine is realized. The software part is programmed by using virtual instrument technology LabVIEW. This part mainly includes the system user management interface, the data acquisition and storage interface and the data query interface program, which includes the system user management interface, the data acquisition and storage interface and the data query interface. The design of the front panel of the software includes the reasonable layout of the collection function button, the signal curve window display, the data acquisition and indication information, and the rear panel design includes the realization of the signal acquisition function, the signal analysis and processing function and so on. Finally, the debugging of hardware and software is completed. The data acquisition system of friction and wear testing machine designed in this paper realizes the real-time collection and visual display of the material characteristic parameters of friction pairs in the process of friction and wear, which provides data support for further research and analysis of the material properties of friction pairs. It has certain practical application value.
