容積式流量計(jì)自動(dòng)校驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:容積式流量計(jì)自動(dòng)校驗(yàn)控制系統(tǒng)主要是自動(dòng)校驗(yàn)、標(biāo)定容積式儀表。主要實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能有自動(dòng)化設(shè)置二次儀表參數(shù)、自動(dòng)化分析校驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)、自動(dòng)化存儲(chǔ)歷史數(shù)據(jù),自動(dòng)控制油泵電機(jī)、回油電機(jī)、比例閥、電磁閥等啟停。以便于提高生產(chǎn)效率、流量計(jì)的精度?朔酝a(chǎn)效率低下、人工成本高、難以查找歷史記錄、人工設(shè)置參數(shù)、人工判斷、計(jì)算、校驗(yàn)儀表的精度低等缺點(diǎn)。 該系統(tǒng)以工控機(jī)為核心并作為上位機(jī),對整個(gè)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行監(jiān)測與控制。通過MODBUS總線對STM32F103控制模塊、4-20mA輸出模塊控制、現(xiàn)實(shí)對泵、比例閥、回油電機(jī)、回油電磁閥的自動(dòng)控制。該系統(tǒng)主要是由工控機(jī)、STM32控制板模塊、4~20mA輸出模塊、二次儀表、開關(guān)電源、交流接觸器等組成。上位機(jī)采用微軟的Visual Basic6.0開發(fā)環(huán)境進(jìn)行開發(fā),對下位機(jī)實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測控制。STM32控制板模塊,以STM32F103做為主控芯片,其具有ARM內(nèi)核框架結(jié)構(gòu)。其中是由六路繼電器輸出、六路光電輸入、三路模擬量輸入、max485通訊芯片、24C02數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)芯片、數(shù)碼管顯示及驅(qū)動(dòng)芯片、4個(gè)獨(dú)立式鍵盤構(gòu)成。二次儀表表頭是一種智能化二次儀表。該儀表采用DM12864M中文字庫液晶屏TC89C58做為主控芯片,AD694做為4-20mA電流輸出芯片,特殊的瞬時(shí)流量算法,克服了傳統(tǒng)中數(shù)碼管顯示不直觀、電流輸出不準(zhǔn)確、瞬時(shí)流量不穩(wěn)定的特點(diǎn)。該二次儀表與脈沖式電信號(hào)的流量計(jì)配套,實(shí)際使用過程中,在智能化、顯示直觀性、操作便利性等各方面取得了良好的效果。4~20mA電流輸出模塊,是通過二次儀表簡單的改造過來的,主要是用于控制比例的開啟度。 經(jīng)過檢定實(shí)驗(yàn)證實(shí):容積式流量計(jì)自動(dòng)校驗(yàn)控制這一系統(tǒng)操控簡易、方便,運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)穩(wěn)定。容積式流量計(jì)自動(dòng)校驗(yàn)控制系統(tǒng)在技術(shù)方面和經(jīng)濟(jì)方面,大大提高了生產(chǎn)效率,具有顯著的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和實(shí)用性,對容積式流量計(jì)的生產(chǎn)廠商來說,具有重要的實(shí)際意義。
[Abstract]:The automatic calibration control system of volume Flowmeter is mainly automatic calibration and calibration of volume meter. The main functions include automatic setting of secondary instrument parameters, automatic analysis and calibration data, automatic storage of historical data, automatic control of oil pump motor, oil return motor, proportional valve, solenoid valve and other start-up and stop. To facilitate the improvement of production efficiency, the accuracy of the Flowmeter. Overcome the shortcomings of low production efficiency, high labor cost, difficult to find historical records, manual setting of parameters, manual judgment, calculation, and low accuracy of calibration instruments. This system takes the industrial control computer as the core and acts as the upper computer to monitor and control the whole system. The STM32F103 control module and 4-20mA output module are controlled by MODBUS bus, and the automatic control of pump, proportional valve, oil return motor and oil return solenoid valve is realized. The system is mainly composed of industrial control computer, STM32 control board module, 4~20mA output module, secondary instrument, switching power supply, AC contactor and so on. The upper computer is developed by Microsoft's Visual Basic6.0 development environment, and the real-time monitoring and control of the lower computer is carried out. The STM32 control board module is based on STM32F103 as the main control chip, and it has the ARM kernel frame structure. It is composed of six relay output, six photoelectric input, three analog input, max485 communication chip, 24C02 data memory chip, digital tube display and drive chip, and four independent keyboards. The secondary meter head is an intelligent secondary meter. The instrument uses DM12864M Chinese font LCD TC89C58 as the main control chip and AD694 as the 4-20mA current output chip. The special instantaneous flow algorithm overcomes the traditional digital tube display is not intuitive, the current output is not accurate. The characteristics of transient flow instability. The secondary instrument has achieved good results in intelligence, visualization, convenience of operation and so on. 4~20mA current output module, in the process of practical application, has achieved good results in matching with pulse type electric signal Flowmeter, which has been used in the practical application process, such as intellectualization, visualization, convenience of operation and so on. It is simply modified by the secondary instrument, which is mainly used to control the opening degree of the scale. The verification experiment proves that the automatic calibration and control system of volume Flowmeter is simple, convenient and stable. In terms of technology and economy, the automatic calibration and control system of volume Flowmeter greatly improves production efficiency and has remarkable economic benefits and practicability. It is of great practical significance to the manufacturers of volume Flowmeter.
