便捷式智能遠(yuǎn)程心電監(jiān)護(hù)儀設(shè)計

【摘要】:心臟病是常見的循環(huán)系統(tǒng)疾病,嚴(yán)重威脅人類的身體健康與生命安全。檢測早期心臟病隱患以及實時監(jiān)測心臟病,對于預(yù)防心臟病的發(fā)生及保障心臟病人生命安全具有非常重要的作用。心電圖是現(xiàn)代醫(yī)療領(lǐng)域檢測心臟病的有效方法,本文研究便捷式智能遠(yuǎn)程心電監(jiān)護(hù)儀設(shè)計,可以記錄和回放心電數(shù)據(jù),并基于智能手機(jī)可實現(xiàn)心電信號的實時遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)護(hù),具有一定的實用性和應(yīng)用前景。心電監(jiān)護(hù)儀硬件電路設(shè)計采用TI低功耗心電模擬前端進(jìn)行8通道心電信號采集,采用Micro SD卡并基于單片機(jī)移植FATFS文件系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行心電數(shù)據(jù)存儲,采用低功耗藍(lán)牙4.0進(jìn)行心電數(shù)據(jù)的實時傳輸。通過對中值濾波和高通濾波的算法研究,設(shè)計采用ⅡR型高通濾波算法進(jìn)行心電信號去基線漂移處理。通過研究與對比直接差分壓縮和一階差分的分段編碼壓縮,實現(xiàn)心電數(shù)據(jù)的無損壓縮,并結(jié)合低功耗藍(lán)牙4.0實現(xiàn)3導(dǎo)聯(lián)心電數(shù)據(jù)的實時傳輸。設(shè)計以便捷式、實時性與低功耗為原則,體現(xiàn)于器件選型、硬件電路設(shè)計以及控制軟件設(shè)計等。系統(tǒng)測試結(jié)果表明:設(shè)計實現(xiàn)了3導(dǎo)聯(lián)心電數(shù)據(jù)的采集、存儲和實時傳輸,采樣率達(dá)500SPS,分辨率為12位有效位,滿足不小于3.2s的時間常數(shù)要求,可存儲至少7天的心電數(shù)據(jù),并支持高速USB2.0數(shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)出,以1節(jié)AA鎳氫充電電池供電可以連續(xù)工作約80小時等。本文設(shè)計的心電監(jiān)護(hù)儀具有攜帶方便,實時性與遠(yuǎn)程心電監(jiān)護(hù)的特點,經(jīng)過進(jìn)一步的產(chǎn)品完善與優(yōu)化,有利于推進(jìn)未來智能遠(yuǎn)程心電監(jiān)護(hù)系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展。
