【摘要】：由低頻正弦調(diào)制的中頻脈沖,不僅能克服中頻脈沖治療易被肌體所適應(yīng)的缺點(diǎn),而且還能使肌體所能承受的治療閾值與治療中的疼痛閾值明顯分離。通過(guò)多方面分析得出,調(diào)制中頻脈沖更適合作為治療脈沖,而且較低頻和中頻脈沖有更好的治療效果,同時(shí)綜述了影響調(diào)制中頻脈沖治療效果的主要因素,如載波頻率、調(diào)制方式、調(diào)制頻率、調(diào)制幅度、調(diào)制波形等。最后設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)基于單片機(jī)的便攜式調(diào)制中頻電療儀,經(jīng)過(guò)周期性時(shí)間函數(shù)調(diào)幅的治療機(jī)比原始的等幅輸出脈沖的治療機(jī)在克服肌體適應(yīng)性方面有很大優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:If pulse modulated by low frequency sinusoidal can not only overcome the shortcomings of if pulse therapy which is easily adapted by the body, but also separate the treatment threshold which the body can bear from the pain threshold in the treatment. It is concluded that modulation of intermediate frequency pulse is more suitable for treatment pulse, and it has better therapeutic effect than low frequency and if pulse. At the same time, the main factors that affect the therapeutic effect of modulation if pulse, such as carrier frequency, are summarized. Modulation mode, modulation frequency, modulation amplitude, modulation waveform, etc. At last, a portable modulating medium frequency electrotherapy instrument based on single chip microcomputer is designed. The treatment machine with amplitude modulation of periodic time function has a great advantage in overcoming the adaptability of the body compared with the original one with equal amplitude output pulse.
