紫外成像光譜儀主動熱控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:為了確保紫外臨邊成像光譜儀的溫度水平和溫度梯度滿足指標(biāo)要求,分析了其所處空間環(huán)境并結(jié)合其光機電的特點,設(shè)計了整機的主動熱控方案和被動熱控方案。首先,總結(jié)了成像光譜儀熱設(shè)計的基本原則,介紹了主動熱控方案和被動熱控方案。接著,利用最壞情況分析法分析了主動熱控系統(tǒng)測溫電路的測溫精度。然后,根據(jù)主動熱控方案的要求,對主動熱控系統(tǒng)的硬件和熱控策略進行了設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)。最后,規(guī)劃了主動熱控系統(tǒng)的驗證試驗,并對主動熱控系統(tǒng)進行了試驗驗證。分析和實驗結(jié)果表明:主動熱控系統(tǒng)的測溫精度滿足≤±0.5℃的指標(biāo)要求,主動熱控系統(tǒng)能夠保證紫外臨邊光譜儀13℃~18℃以及紫外環(huán)形成像儀8℃~18℃的溫度水平要求,主動熱控方案合理、可行,滿足高可靠性的要求。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure that the temperature level and temperature gradient of the ultraviolet edge imaging spectrometer meet the requirements, the active thermal control scheme and the passive thermal control scheme are designed by analyzing the space environment and combining the characteristics of the photoelectromechanical system. Firstly, the principle of thermal design of imaging spectrometer is summarized, and the active thermal control scheme and passive thermal control scheme are introduced. Then, the temperature measurement accuracy of the active thermal control system is analyzed by using the worst-case analysis method.
