基于STM32和CPLD的小型化近紫外CCD光譜儀

【摘要】:針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)紫外光譜儀體積大、價(jià)格昂貴、測(cè)量時(shí)間長的缺點(diǎn),研制了基于STM32和CPLD的小型化近紫外光譜儀。該儀器以STM32為主控制器,用CPLD驅(qū)動(dòng)具有3 648像素的紫外增強(qiáng)型線陣CCD來采集光信號(hào),采用SD卡存儲(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)并通過液晶屏來顯示測(cè)量結(jié)果。該系統(tǒng)主要由分光模塊、信號(hào)采集與處理模塊、A/D轉(zhuǎn)換模塊和STM32控制處理模塊構(gòu)成。利用多塊線陣CCD,實(shí)現(xiàn)了從近紫外到可見光波段的測(cè)量。采用低壓汞燈作為標(biāo)定光源,利用三次多項(xiàng)式擬合的算法,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)光譜儀的波長定標(biāo)。所設(shè)計(jì)的儀器體積小、質(zhì)量輕、成本低、穩(wěn)定性好、操作簡單,具有一定的實(shí)際推廣價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:A miniaturized near ultraviolet spectrometer based on STM32 and CPLD was developed to overcome the disadvantages of large volume, high price and long measuring time of traditional ultraviolet spectrometer. In this instrument, STM32 is used as the main controller and CPLD is used to drive the UV enhanced linear CCD with 3 648 pixels to collect the optical signal. The data is stored by SD card and the measurement results are displayed through the liquid crystal screen. The system consists of light splitting module, signal acquisition and processing module, A / D conversion module and STM32 control processing module. Multiple linear array CCD, is used to measure the wavelength from near ultraviolet to visible light. Low pressure mercury lamp is used as calibration light source and cubic polynomial fitting algorithm is used to calibrate the wavelength of spectrometer. The designed instrument has the advantages of small volume, light weight, low cost, good stability and simple operation.
