壓電陶瓷激振器定頻激振能力的評(píng)價(jià)方法

【摘要】:提出了評(píng)價(jià)壓電陶瓷激振信號(hào)的線性度指標(biāo),并基于自主研發(fā)的壓電陶瓷激勵(lì)反饋系統(tǒng),對(duì)一款PZT陶瓷進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)研究.在分析其激振力的影響因素及影響規(guī)律的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了壓電陶瓷定頻激振能力的評(píng)價(jià)方法.由實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)建立了評(píng)價(jià)方程,得到了其定頻激振的頻率置信區(qū)間,使其可以更好地被應(yīng)用到板殼類薄壁構(gòu)件的高階振動(dòng)測(cè)試研究中.研究結(jié)果表明,壓電陶瓷定頻激振能力的總體特點(diǎn)是在低頻狀態(tài)下可實(shí)現(xiàn)高幅定頻激勵(lì),而高頻狀態(tài)下僅能實(shí)現(xiàn)低幅定頻激勵(lì).
[Abstract]:The linearity index for evaluating the excitation signal of piezoelectric ceramics is proposed. Based on the self-developed piezoelectric ceramic excitation feedback system, an experimental study on a PZT ceramic is carried out. Based on the analysis of the influence factors and laws of the exciting force, a method for evaluating the constant frequency excitation ability of piezoelectric ceramics is proposed. The evaluation equation is established from the experimental data, and the frequency confidence interval of the constant frequency excited vibration is obtained, which can be better applied to the high-order vibration test of thin-walled members of plates and shells. The results show that the general characteristic of the constant frequency excitation ability of piezoelectric ceramics is that the high amplitude constant frequency excitation can be realized in the low frequency state, but the low amplitude constant frequency excitation can be only realized in the high frequency state.
