低真空度下四極場中離子操作模式研究

【摘要】:隨著質(zhì)譜技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,質(zhì)譜儀在生活中發(fā)揮越來越重要的作用。絕大部分的質(zhì)譜儀雖然性能高,但是必須工作在高真空度條件下,且體積大,重量重,功耗大,不方便攜帶,也不方便進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場實時分析。本文以二維線性離子阱為模型,研究低真空度條件下帶電離子在理想四極場中的操作模式。首先簡單介紹了本文使用的仿真軟件——SIMION,并從理論角度出發(fā),分析了高真空條件下帶電離子在理想四極場中的基本規(guī)律,包括馬修方程、離子運(yùn)動穩(wěn)定區(qū)、離子久期頻率等。接著介紹兩種常見的帶電離子與惰性氣體分子之間的彈性碰撞模型,即Langevin模型和Hardsphere模型,通過仿真比較,選出合適的模型;然后將理想情況下的馬修方程添加阻尼項完成修正,并利用數(shù)學(xué)方法求得低真空度下的離子運(yùn)動穩(wěn)定區(qū)。最后介紹了多個評價質(zhì)譜儀器性能好壞的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),詳細(xì)介紹了實現(xiàn)質(zhì)量分析的三個重要步驟以及兩種離子出射方式,并給出經(jīng)典的離子操作模式;通過SIMION建模仿真,考慮不同的參數(shù)如冷卻時間,輔助AC信號幅度、頻率等對質(zhì)譜儀分辨率的影響,最終得到低真空下離子操作模式參數(shù)。在滿足一定性能要求的前提下,本論文的研究可以使質(zhì)譜儀的真空系統(tǒng)得到簡化,使質(zhì)譜儀體積、重量、功耗等減小,同時也符合質(zhì)譜儀器小型化的發(fā)展趨勢。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of mass spectrometry technology, mass spectrometer plays a more and more important role in life. Although most of the mass spectrometers have high performance, they must work under the condition of high vacuum, and the mass spectrometers are large in volume, heavy in weight, large in power consumption, inconvenient for carrying, and not convenient for real-time analysis on the spot. In this paper, a two-dimensional linear ion trap model is used to study the operating mode of charged ions in an ideal quadrupole field under low vacuum. Firstly, the simulation software SIMION used in this paper is briefly introduced, and the basic laws of charged ions in ideal quadrupole field under high vacuum condition are analyzed theoretically, including Matthew equation, ion motion stabilization region, ion duration frequency and so on. Then, two common elastic collision models between charged ions and inert gas molecules, Langevin model and Hardsphere model, are introduced. The stable region of ion motion at low vacuum is obtained by mathematical method. Finally, several standards for evaluating the performance of mass spectrometer are introduced, and three important steps and two modes of ion emission are introduced in detail, and the classical ion operation mode is given, which is modeled and simulated by SIMION. Considering the influence of different parameters such as cooling time, auxiliary AC signal amplitude and frequency on the resolution of mass spectrometer, the operating mode parameters of ion in low vacuum are obtained. On the premise of satisfying certain performance requirements, the research in this paper can simplify the vacuum system of mass spectrometer, reduce the volume, weight and power consumption of mass spectrometer, and also accord with the development trend of miniaturization of mass spectrometer.
