【摘要】:超聲波氣體流量計(jì)因其高精度、低壓損、寬量程和易于維護(hù)等優(yōu)點(diǎn),廣泛應(yīng)用于燃?xì)廨斔凸芫W(wǎng)、城市燃?xì)忾T站和燃?xì)鈨?chǔ)配站等場合。目前,國內(nèi)的超聲波氣體流量計(jì)市場基本由外國品牌壟斷,自主研發(fā)超聲波氣體流量計(jì)具有重要的意義。超聲波氣體流量計(jì)的研制和應(yīng)用難點(diǎn)包括信號(hào)處理、傳感器研發(fā)、流場補(bǔ)償和安全性設(shè)計(jì)等方面。本文的研究內(nèi)容主要集中于超聲波流量計(jì)的外殼結(jié)構(gòu)(基表結(jié)構(gòu)和二次儀表結(jié)構(gòu))對測量性能和安全性能的影響,并以實(shí)驗(yàn)對相關(guān)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了測試。論文的主要研究內(nèi)容如下:1、超聲波氣體流量計(jì)管段設(shè)計(jì)中,超聲波換能器安裝效應(yīng)對測量精度的影響。由于超聲波氣體流量計(jì)受被測量流場的狀態(tài)的影響較大,而超聲波換能器的安裝在流場中會(huì)造成凸起或者凹陷結(jié)構(gòu),從而對被測量流場產(chǎn)生不可忽視的影響。本文研究了凸起安裝、半凸安裝和凹陷安裝三種不同的換能器安裝方式對測量性能的影響,并確定了最優(yōu)的超聲波換能器安裝方式。2、超聲波氣體流量計(jì)管段設(shè)計(jì)中,溫度傳感器的安裝位置研究。通過仿真計(jì)算,得出了溫度傳感器這一凸起結(jié)構(gòu)在流場中的影響范圍,確定了超聲波氣體流量計(jì)的插入式溫度傳感器的安裝位置。3、超聲波氣體流量計(jì)對管段壁面粗糙度的需求研究。管道內(nèi)壁的粗糙度也是影響流場狀態(tài)的因素之一,本文研究了不同粗糙度下測量結(jié)果相對理想光滑壁面時(shí)的測量誤差,從而確定了超聲波氣體流量計(jì)對管段壁面粗糙度的要求。4、超聲波氣體流量計(jì)的二次儀表外殼設(shè)計(jì)。由于超聲波氣體流量計(jì)工作環(huán)境的特殊性(易燃易爆場合),其二次儀表必須得到額外的防護(hù),以免其產(chǎn)生的熱量或者電火花導(dǎo)致爆炸事故的發(fā)生。本文設(shè)計(jì)了超聲波氣體流量計(jì)二次儀表的隔爆型儀表外殼,并以仿真計(jì)算和實(shí)驗(yàn)的方式驗(yàn)證了設(shè)計(jì)的合理性。
[Abstract]:Ultrasonic gas Flowmeter is widely used in gas distribution network, city gas gate station and gas storage station because of its high precision, low pressure loss, wide measuring range and easy maintenance. At present, the domestic ultrasonic gas Flowmeter market is basically monopolized by foreign brands. It is of great significance to develop ultrasonic gas Flowmeter independently. The development and application of ultrasonic gas Flowmeter include signal processing, sensor development, flow field compensation and safety design. This paper focuses on the influence of the shell structure (base table structure and secondary meter structure) of the ultrasonic Flowmeter on the measurement performance and safety performance. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. The influence of the installation effect of ultrasonic transducer on the measurement accuracy in the design of ultrasonic gas Flowmeter pipe section. Because the ultrasonic gas Flowmeter is greatly affected by the state of the measured flow field, the installation of the ultrasonic transducer in the flow field will cause bulge or hollow structure, which will have an unnegligible effect on the measured flow field. In this paper, the influence of three different transducer installation modes on the measurement performance is studied, and the optimum installation mode of ultrasonic transducer .2. the design of the pipe section of ultrasonic gas Flowmeter is determined. Research on the installation position of temperature sensors. Through the simulation calculation, the influence range of the raised structure of the temperature sensor in the flow field is obtained. The installation position of inserted temperature sensor of ultrasonic gas Flowmeter is determined. The requirement of ultrasonic gas Flowmeter for wall roughness of pipe section is studied. The roughness of the inner wall of the pipe is also one of the factors affecting the flow field. The measurement error of the measured results under different roughness is studied in this paper. The requirements of ultrasonic gas Flowmeter for wall roughness of pipe section. 4. The design of secondary instrument shell of ultrasonic gas Flowmeter. Because of the particularity of the working environment of ultrasonic gas Flowmeter (flammable and explosive occasions), the secondary instrument must be protected to avoid the explosion accident caused by the heat or electric spark. In this paper, the flameproof shell of the secondary instrument for ultrasonic gas Flowmeter is designed, and the rationality of the design is verified by simulation and experiment.
