【摘要】：對(duì)一種用于評(píng)價(jià)人工髖關(guān)節(jié)材料的3SPS—1PS并聯(lián)髖關(guān)節(jié)試驗(yàn)機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)進(jìn)行了尺度綜合分析。將速度橢球概念應(yīng)用到試驗(yàn)機(jī)尺度綜合中,利用速度橢球特性,即在給定任務(wù)條件下,速度橢球的長(zhǎng)軸長(zhǎng)度越短,驅(qū)動(dòng)器的驅(qū)動(dòng)速度越低。速度橢球長(zhǎng)軸長(zhǎng)度等價(jià)于其雅克比矩陣最大奇異值,因此為了獲得最小驅(qū)動(dòng)速度,以雅克比矩陣的最大奇異值的最小值為尺度綜合目標(biāo),對(duì)3SPS—1PS并聯(lián)髖關(guān)節(jié)試驗(yàn)機(jī)進(jìn)行了尺度綜合,并利用尺度綜合得到的參數(shù)對(duì)工作空間進(jìn)行了仿真分析。結(jié)果表明,尺度綜合后的試驗(yàn)機(jī)可達(dá)工作空間包含任務(wù)空間,滿足實(shí)驗(yàn)要求。
[Abstract]:The structural parameters of a 3SPS-1PS parallel hip joint testing machine used to evaluate the artificial hip joint materials were comprehensively analyzed. The concept of velocity ellipsoid is applied to the testing machine scale synthesis. The speed ellipsoid is used, that is, the shorter the length of the velocity ellipsoid is, the lower the drive speed of the driver is. The length of the long axis of the velocity ellipsoid is equivalent to the maximum singular value of the Jacobian matrix, so in order to obtain the minimum driving speed, the minimum value of the maximum singular value of the Jacobian matrix is taken as the scale synthesis objective. The scale synthesis of 3SPS-1PS parallel hip joint testing machine was carried out, and the workspace was simulated and analyzed by using the parameters obtained by scale synthesis. The results show that the reachable workspace of the test machine after scale synthesis includes the task space, which meets the requirements of the experiment.
