便攜式電子心肺音聽診器的研制

【摘要】:聽診器作為醫(yī)生最常使用的醫(yī)療儀器,在心腦血管疾病、呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病診斷中意義重大。而傳統(tǒng)聲學(xué)聽診器無法存儲回放、不能無線傳輸數(shù)據(jù)、抗環(huán)境干擾能力差等缺點,限制了聽診在遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)療、移動醫(yī)療、醫(yī)學(xué)教學(xué)等方面的進一步使用。電子技術(shù)的發(fā)展使電子聽診器應(yīng)運而生,并使遠(yuǎn)程聽診成為可能。而目前國內(nèi)外電子聽診器存在產(chǎn)品少、價格貴、功能單一等不足,阻礙了電子聽診器的廣泛使用。鑒于此,本論文研究提出了對便攜式電子心肺音聽診器進行研制。本論文研究首先明確了電子聽診器的功能需求、技術(shù)指標(biāo)及設(shè)計要求,確定了包括拾音傳感器、主控模塊、音頻編解碼模塊、音頻存儲模塊、顯示模塊和藍牙模塊等在內(nèi)的技術(shù)方案,然后基于兩種不同的拾音傳感器研制了兩款便攜式電子聽診器產(chǎn)品樣機。第一款基于壓電傳感器的樣機已通過包括GB9706電氣安全、YY0505電磁兼容在內(nèi)的醫(yī)療器械產(chǎn)品注冊檢驗,獲得注冊檢驗報告,進入注冊證申請階段。第二款樣機采用聽診頭和電容式傳聲器結(jié)合的拾音傳感器,創(chuàng)新性的引入了懸浮式可調(diào)振動膜,并可針對不同頻段心肺音進行聽診模式選擇。第二款樣機在第一款基礎(chǔ)上進行了產(chǎn)品優(yōu)化升級,實現(xiàn)了樣機小型化,增加了產(chǎn)品的便攜性和實用性。其次結(jié)合基于PC的上位機軟件實現(xiàn)對便攜式電子心肺音聽診器的功能擴展。上位機軟件以C#為編程語言,SQL Server為后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫,在PC端實現(xiàn)了對病人個人信息和心肺音信息的管理、心肺音數(shù)據(jù)接收存儲、波形繪制及播放、輔助診斷等功能。本文研制的便攜式電子心肺音聽診器功能完善、成本低、便攜性高,適用于醫(yī)院聽診、醫(yī)學(xué)教學(xué)等多種場合,并有利于聽診在遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)療、移動醫(yī)療、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)健康管理等多方面的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Stethoscope, as the most commonly used medical instrument by doctors, is of great significance in the diagnosis of cardiovascular and respiratory diseases. Traditional acoustic stethoscopes can not store playback, can not transmit data wireless, and poor ability to resist environmental interference, which limits the further use of auscultation in telemedicine, mobile medicine, medical teaching and so on. The development of electronic technology makes electronic stethoscope come into being and make remote auscultation possible. At present, there are few products, expensive price and single function of electronic stethoscope at home and abroad, which hinder the wide use of electronic stethoscope. In view of this, a portable electronic cardiopulmonary stethoscope is proposed in this paper. In this paper, the functional requirements, technical specifications and design requirements of the electronic stethoscope are defined, including the pickup sensor, the main control module, the audio codec module, the audio storage module. The display module and Bluetooth module are used to design two portable electronic stethoscopes based on two different pickup sensors. The prototype based on piezoelectric sensor has passed the registration inspection of medical device products including GB9706 electric safety device YY0505 EMC and obtained the registration inspection report and entered the registration application stage. The second prototype adopts the pickup sensor which combines auscultation head and capacitive microphone, and innovatively introduces suspension adjustable vibration film, and can select auscultation mode for different frequency range of cardiopulmonary sound. The second prototype is optimized and upgraded on the basis of the first model, realizing the miniaturization of the prototype and increasing the portability and practicability of the product. Secondly, the function of portable electronic cardiopulmonary stethoscope is extended by PC-based software. The upper computer software takes C # as the programming language SQL Server as the backstage database, realizes the management of the patient's personal information and the cardiopulmonary sound information at the PC end, receives and stores the cardiopulmonary sound data, draws and plays the waveform, assists the diagnosis and so on. The portable electronic cardiopulmonary sound stethoscope developed in this paper has the advantages of perfect function, low cost and high portability. It is suitable for hospital auscultation, medical teaching and other occasions, and is beneficial to auscultation in telemedicine and mobile medicine.
