【摘要】:針對(duì)塑料管材耐沖擊性能測(cè)試過程中效率較低、試驗(yàn)結(jié)果判斷智能化不高的缺點(diǎn),運(yùn)用計(jì)算機(jī)軟件、自動(dòng)控制等技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)了一種塑料管材耐沖擊性能落錘試驗(yàn)機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),通過PC與下位機(jī)協(xié)同控制的方式實(shí)現(xiàn)落錘試驗(yàn)機(jī)的自動(dòng)控制,使用計(jì)算機(jī)軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)試驗(yàn)過程與數(shù)據(jù)的有效管理,完成塑料管材耐沖擊性能結(jié)果的智能判定。經(jīng)過具體應(yīng)用,系統(tǒng)可以有效提高塑料管材沖擊試驗(yàn)的自動(dòng)化水平,提高試驗(yàn)效率。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the shortcomings of low efficiency and low intelligence in testing the impact resistance of plastic pipes, a control system of drop weight testing machine for the impact resistance of plastic pipes was designed by using computer software and automatic control technology. The automatic control of drop weight testing machine is realized by means of the cooperation control of PC and lower computer. The effective management of test process and data is realized by using computer software, and the intelligent judgment of the result of plastic pipe's impact resistance is completed. Through concrete application, the system can effectively improve the automation level of plastic pipe impact test and improve the test efficiency.
