擾動(dòng)磁場(chǎng)檢測(cè)筆式探頭的研制及試驗(yàn)分析

【摘要】:根據(jù)擾動(dòng)磁場(chǎng)檢測(cè)原理,設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)擾動(dòng)磁場(chǎng)檢測(cè)筆式探頭,用于輔助常規(guī)探頭,掃查常規(guī)探頭難以檢測(cè)處。利用搭建的簡(jiǎn)易試驗(yàn)平臺(tái),對(duì)探頭定位缺陷的能力及探頭的有效檢測(cè)范圍進(jìn)行了分析,對(duì)缺陷的檢測(cè)靈敏度進(jìn)行了研究。經(jīng)試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,該探頭具有較強(qiáng)的缺陷定位能力、較高的檢測(cè)靈敏度及較寬的有效檢測(cè)范圍。
[Abstract]:According to the principle of disturbing magnetic field detection, a pen probe is designed to assist the conventional probe, which is difficult to detect by scanning the conventional probe. By using a simple test platform, the ability of probe to locate defects and the effective detection range of probe are analyzed, and the sensitivity of flaw detection is studied. Experimental results show that the probe has strong defect location ability, high detection sensitivity and wide effective detection range.
