擾動磁場檢測筆式探頭的研制及試驗分析

【摘要】:根據(jù)擾動磁場檢測原理,設計了一個擾動磁場檢測筆式探頭,用于輔助常規(guī)探頭,掃查常規(guī)探頭難以檢測處。利用搭建的簡易試驗平臺,對探頭定位缺陷的能力及探頭的有效檢測范圍進行了分析,對缺陷的檢測靈敏度進行了研究。經試驗驗證,該探頭具有較強的缺陷定位能力、較高的檢測靈敏度及較寬的有效檢測范圍。
[Abstract]:According to the principle of disturbing magnetic field detection, a pen probe is designed to assist the conventional probe, which is difficult to detect by scanning the conventional probe. By using a simple test platform, the ability of probe to locate defects and the effective detection range of probe are analyzed, and the sensitivity of flaw detection is studied. Experimental results show that the probe has strong defect location ability, high detection sensitivity and wide effective detection range.
