【摘要】:光學(xué)成像系統(tǒng)是一種重要的光學(xué)信息傳遞和處理系統(tǒng),在很多領(lǐng)域有著廣泛的應(yīng)用。傳統(tǒng)的光學(xué)成像系統(tǒng)是物面、鏡頭主面和像面互相平行的光學(xué)系統(tǒng),但在一些成像系統(tǒng)中物面與鏡頭主面和像面是不平行的,所以傾斜成像系統(tǒng)的研究很有意義。傾斜成像系統(tǒng)廣泛應(yīng)用于粒子場測量,干涉粒子成像(IPI)系統(tǒng)是其中主要的應(yīng)用。IPI系統(tǒng)的采樣體積是研究粒子數(shù)濃度的基礎(chǔ),聚焦IPI系統(tǒng)的采樣體積與成像系統(tǒng)的景深有關(guān),而離焦IPI系統(tǒng)的采樣體積與成像系統(tǒng)的景深無關(guān)。本論文研究聚焦和離焦IPI系統(tǒng)采樣體積的計算公式和測量方法,搭建聚焦和離焦IPI實驗系統(tǒng),使用標準網(wǎng)格標定板和標準球形粒子分別對聚焦和離焦IPI系統(tǒng)的采樣體積進行測量。本論文的工作對于確定傾斜成像系統(tǒng)的采樣體積具有重要指導(dǎo)意義。本論文的主要工作:1.基于幾何光學(xué)理論分析了IPI測量技術(shù)的基本原理,研究搭建IPI實驗系統(tǒng)的幾個關(guān)鍵問題:系統(tǒng)最佳散射角的選擇,樣品池不同擺放方式的影響、成像系統(tǒng)放大倍率的校正以及離焦IPI實驗系統(tǒng)具體參數(shù)的計算。2.研究僅物面傾斜和物像面雙傾斜這兩種聚焦IPI系統(tǒng)的采樣體積,推導(dǎo)采樣體積的計算公式,分析采樣體積與物面傾斜角、成像鏡頭焦距和光圈數(shù)、系統(tǒng)中心放大倍率的關(guān)系。比較兩種成像方式發(fā)現(xiàn),物像面雙傾斜聚焦IPI系統(tǒng)的采樣體積大于僅物面傾斜聚焦IPI系統(tǒng)的采樣體積。3.搭建兩種物面傾斜聚焦IPI實驗系統(tǒng),采集網(wǎng)格標定板圖像,處理圖像提取目標橫線平均線寬,判斷清晰成像范圍,得到了聚焦IPI系統(tǒng)的采樣體積。4.提出一種離焦IPI系統(tǒng)采樣體積的確定方法,根據(jù)CCD靶面上每一個位置x處所形成的干涉條紋圓尺寸的范圍12pixpixApixA(37)£(37)£(37)來確定采樣區(qū)域。分析離焦條紋圓尺寸與后向離焦距及其在CCD靶面上位置的關(guān)系,推導(dǎo)了離焦IPI系統(tǒng)采樣體積的計算公式。5.搭建離焦IPI實驗系統(tǒng),采集標準球形粒子的離焦干涉條紋圖,對全視場的干涉條紋圓尺寸范圍進行了修正,獲得了離焦IPI系統(tǒng)的采樣體積。
[Abstract]:Optical imaging system is an important optical information transmission and processing system, which has been widely used in many fields.The traditional optical imaging system is an optical system in which the main plane of the lens and the image plane are parallel to each other, but in some imaging systems the object surface is not parallel to the main plane and the image plane of the lens, so the study of the tilted imaging system is very meaningful.The tilted imaging system is widely used in particle field measurement, in which the interference particle imaging system is the main application. The sampling volume of the IPI system is the basis of studying the particle number concentration. The sampling volume of the focused IPI system is related to the depth of field of the imaging system.The sampling volume of defocus IPI system is independent of the depth of field of the imaging system.In this paper, the calculation formula and measurement method of sampling volume of focusing and defocusing IPI system are studied, and the IPI experimental system of focusing and defocusing is built.The standard grid calibration plate and standard spherical particle were used to measure the sampling volume of focusing and defocusing IPI systems respectively.The work of this paper is of great significance for determining the sampling volume of tilted imaging system.The main work of this thesis is 1: 1.Based on geometric optics theory, the basic principle of IPI measurement technology is analyzed, and several key problems in building IPI experimental system are studied: the selection of optimal scattering angle of the system, the influence of different layout of sample cell,Calibration of magnification of imaging system and calculation of specific parameters of defocus IPI experimental system. 2.In this paper, the sampling volume of only two focusing IPI systems is studied. The calculation formula of the sampling volume is derived, and the relationship between the sampling volume and the inclination angle of the object plane, the focal length and aperture number of the imaging lens, and the magnification of the system center is analyzed.Comparing the two imaging methods, it is found that the sampling volume of the object plane double tilted focusing IPI system is larger than that of the only object plane inclined focusing IPI system.In this paper, two kinds of object plane oblique focusing IPI experimental system are built, the grid calibration board images are collected, the average line width of the target line is extracted from the image, the clear imaging range is judged, and the sampling volume of the focused IPI system is obtained.A method for determining the sampling volume of defocus IPI system is presented. The sampling area is determined according to the range of interference fringes at every position x on the CCD target plane.The relationship between the size of defocus fringe circle and the backward defocus length and its position on the target surface of CCD is analyzed. The calculating formula of sampling volume of defocus IPI system is derived.A defocus IPI experimental system was set up to collect the defocus interference fringes of standard spherical particles. The circle size range of the interference fringes in the whole field of view was corrected and the sampling volume of the defocus IPI system was obtained.
