中紅外平面光柵光譜儀系統(tǒng)光學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)與優(yōu)化

【摘要】:利用紅外熱電堆陣列探測(cè)器作為光接收器,以小型化且能滿足一定光譜工作范圍和光譜分辨率為設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo),根據(jù)光譜儀器設(shè)計(jì)理論和像差理論,設(shè)計(jì)了一種Czerny-Turner結(jié)構(gòu)中紅外平面光柵光譜儀。系統(tǒng)采用雙離軸拋物面鏡作為前置光路縮減了光學(xué)系統(tǒng)尺寸,采用超環(huán)面聚焦鏡校正了像散。運(yùn)用ZEMAX設(shè)計(jì)軟件對(duì)中紅外平面光柵光譜儀的前置光路、色散成像系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)、優(yōu)化和分析。最終分析結(jié)果表明,該系統(tǒng)光譜工作范圍為8.04~13.96μm,光譜分辨率優(yōu)于80 nm,F數(shù)為2,光學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)特征尺寸約為150 mm×200 mm×70 mm,滿足設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:The infrared thermoelectric stack array detector is used as the optical receiver, which is miniaturized and can satisfy a certain spectral working range and spectral resolution. According to the design theory and aberration theory of the spectrometer, the infrared thermoelectric stack array detector is used as the optical receiver.A kind of infrared plane grating spectrometer with Czerny-Turner structure is designed.The optical system size is reduced by using a double off-axis parabolic mirror as the front light path, and the astigmatism is corrected by a hyper-toroidal focusing mirror.In this paper, ZEMAX design software is used to design, optimize and analyze the front light path and dispersion imaging system of the mid-infrared plane grating spectrometer.The final analysis results show that the spectral working range of the system is 8.04 渭 m, the spectral resolution is better than 80 nm F number is 2, and the characteristic size of optical structure is about 150 mm 脳 200 mm 脳 70 mm, which meets the design requirements.
