基于高速數(shù)字相關(guān)器的太赫茲干涉儀系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:干涉儀利用通道間的相關(guān)運算進行測量,是干涉式成像的基本單元。太赫茲成像在安全檢查、軍事偵查等方面有著廣泛的應(yīng)用前景。將干涉成像測量引入太赫茲領(lǐng)域后,為解決相關(guān)運算中高速信號的相位同步問題,該文提出基于低速FPGA控制的交叉同步方案,用低硬件代價解決高速采樣信號的相位同步問題,并完成了一套多通道高速數(shù)字相關(guān)系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)的最高采樣速率為5 GHz,ADC有效位數(shù)大于等于6位,相關(guān)器積分時間可調(diào)。最后,利用該數(shù)字相關(guān)器和相應(yīng)的太赫茲微波元器件搭建了中心頻率為0.44 THz的干涉儀,并得到了清晰的干涉條紋,其線性相位誤差小于2?。該研究為今后設(shè)計太赫茲干涉成像儀提供了基本單元。
[Abstract]:Interferometer is the basic unit of interferometric imaging. Terahertz imaging has a wide application prospect in security inspection, military reconnaissance and so on. After the interferometer is introduced into the field of terahertz, the interferometer is a basic unit of interferometric imaging. In order to solve the phase synchronization problem of high speed signal in correlation operation, this paper proposes a cross synchronization scheme based on low speed FPGA control, which solves the phase synchronization problem of high speed sampling signal with low hardware cost. A multichannel high speed digital correlation system is developed. The maximum sampling rate of the system is more than or equal to 6 bits in 5 GHz ADC, and the integral time of the correlator can be adjusted. Finally, Using the digital correlator and the corresponding terahertz microwave components, an interferometer with a center frequency of 0.44 THz has been constructed, and a clear interference fringe has been obtained. The linear phase error is less than 2? This study provides a basic unit for the future design of terahertz interferometer.
