高精度紅外葉溫測量系統(tǒng)研發(fā)

【摘要】:隨著精準農(nóng)業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,在許多植物、農(nóng)作物的種植過程中,如何快速、準確的監(jiān)測植物葉溫或植物冠層溫度,以研究農(nóng)田蒸散、灌溉、品種選育以及產(chǎn)量預(yù)報,已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展中的焦點問題。本文針對目前植物葉溫測量不準確、操作復(fù)雜、費時費力等問題,研發(fā)了高精度的紅外葉溫測量系統(tǒng)。首先,本文設(shè)計了測溫模塊、時鐘模塊、存儲模塊、顯示模塊等硬件電路,實現(xiàn)了紅外測溫傳感器驅(qū)動程序以及各功能模塊的軟件設(shè)計,然后提出了準確測量植物葉片發(fā)射率的方法,對測量距離進行了系統(tǒng)誤差補償,最后對系統(tǒng)功能進行了測試,并對補償效果進行了實驗驗證。本設(shè)計完成了基于MSP430F249單片機的高精度紅外葉溫測量系統(tǒng),采用MLX90614DCI紅外傳感器實現(xiàn)了植物葉片溫度的非接觸式測量。同時,系統(tǒng)還具有時鐘模塊,存儲模塊和顯示模塊,實現(xiàn)了葉溫的實時監(jiān)測,并對溫度數(shù)據(jù)進行存儲、顯示。高精度是系統(tǒng)的另一特色,本文對影響系統(tǒng)測溫精度的因素,包括對葉片發(fā)射率、環(huán)境因素以及測量距離做了理論分析,然后通過實驗證實,葉片發(fā)射率和測量距離是影響本系統(tǒng)精度的因素,從而提出了誤差補償公式,使測溫誤差可以達到±0.1℃,精度高于現(xiàn)有的大多數(shù)測溫設(shè)備,能夠滿足現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展中對葉溫測量準確性的要求。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of precision agriculture, how to quickly and accurately monitor plant leaf temperature or plant canopy temperature in the process of planting many plants and crops in order to study evapotranspiration, irrigation, variety breeding and yield prediction, It has become a focal point in the development of modern agriculture. Aiming at the problems of inaccurate plant leaf temperature measurement, complicated operation and time-consuming and laborious measurement, a high precision infrared leaf temperature measurement system is developed. First, the temperature measurement module is designed. Clock module, storage module, display module and other hardware circuits, the infrared temperature sensor driver and the software design of each functional module are realized, and then the method of accurately measuring the emissivity of plant blade is proposed. The system error compensation of measuring distance is carried out, and the function of the system is tested, and the effect of compensation is verified experimentally. A high precision infrared leaf temperature measuring system based on MSP430F249 single chip microcomputer is designed. The MLX90614DCI infrared sensor is used to realize the non-contact measurement of plant leaf temperature. At the same time, the system also has clock module, storage module and display module, which realizes the real-time monitoring of leaf temperature, and stores the temperature data. It is shown that high accuracy is another characteristic of the system. This paper makes a theoretical analysis of the factors affecting the accuracy of temperature measurement of the system, including blade emissivity, environmental factors and measuring distance.
