【摘要】:電磁相關(guān)流量計(jì)是一種重要的流體流量測(cè)量?jī)x表。通過(guò)傳感器上兩對(duì)檢測(cè)電極檢測(cè)的電勢(shì)差做互相關(guān)運(yùn)算來(lái)求出油氣水多相流流體流速和流量,這是電磁相關(guān)流量計(jì)的流體流量測(cè)量理論中的基本原理。電磁相關(guān)流量計(jì)中傳感器結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的正確設(shè)置是電磁相關(guān)流量計(jì)檢測(cè)垂直石油井內(nèi)多相流流體流量信息的關(guān)鍵。本研究課題主要是針對(duì)石油生產(chǎn)測(cè)井中狹小空間環(huán)境下的油氣水多相流流體流量測(cè)量?jī)x(電磁相關(guān)流量計(jì))的傳感器的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究,為研制新型的井下油氣水多相流流體流量測(cè)量?jī)x器儀表奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。同時(shí),也對(duì)在其它環(huán)境下的油氣水多相流流體流量測(cè)量方面也有良好的借鑒價(jià)值。首先,介紹了石油生產(chǎn)測(cè)井中狹小空間環(huán)境下的油氣水多相流流量測(cè)量的應(yīng)用背景,針對(duì)當(dāng)前新型多相流流量測(cè)量?jī)x(電磁相關(guān)流量計(jì))在油氣水多相流流量測(cè)量方面的不足之處,文中提出了一種新的電磁相關(guān)流量計(jì)傳感器的結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化方法,以解決電磁相關(guān)流量計(jì)在油氣水多相流流體流量方面的測(cè)量問(wèn)題。其次,采用基于改變勵(lì)磁結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的方法在ANSYS有限元仿真軟件中,對(duì)電磁相關(guān)流量計(jì)傳感器內(nèi)部有效區(qū)域內(nèi)的磁場(chǎng)分布,進(jìn)行建模仿真。并且,利用MATLAB數(shù)值計(jì)算工具,對(duì)傳感器內(nèi)部磁場(chǎng)仿真結(jié)果進(jìn)行更進(jìn)一步的研究分析。根據(jù)電磁相關(guān)流量計(jì)的傳感器在不同結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)下的磁場(chǎng)分布情況,對(duì)傳感器內(nèi)部磁場(chǎng)的均勻度進(jìn)行分析,得到了傳感器勵(lì)磁結(jié)構(gòu)的最優(yōu)結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)。最后,采用基于Fluent的垂直上升管內(nèi)的油氣水多相流流型的數(shù)值模擬方法,對(duì)傳感器上兩對(duì)檢測(cè)電極間距與其采集到的信號(hào)的相關(guān)性之間的聯(lián)系進(jìn)行流體仿真。通過(guò)分析傳感器上不同垂直截面上的各個(gè)體積元內(nèi)的流體流速規(guī)律,得到了電磁相關(guān)流量計(jì)傳感器兩對(duì)檢測(cè)電極距離的最優(yōu)范圍。這為油氣水多相流電磁相關(guān)流量計(jì)上的傳感器結(jié)構(gòu)中的兩對(duì)檢測(cè)電極之間距離的參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)提供了參考建議。
[Abstract]:Electromagnetic correlation Flowmeter is an important instrument for measuring fluid flow. The flow velocity and flow rate of oil, gas and water multiphase flow are calculated by cross-correlation calculation of potential difference detected by two pairs of detecting electrodes on the sensor. This is the basic principle of the fluid flow measurement theory of electromagnetic correlation Flowmeter. The correct setting of sensor structure parameter in electromagnetic correlation Flowmeter is to detect the flow information of multiphase flow in vertical oil well by electromagnetic correlation Flowmeter. The key point of this paper is to study the structural parameters design of the sensor of the oil-gas-water multiphase fluid flow measuring instrument (electromagnetic correlation Flowmeter) in the narrow space environment of the oil production logging. It lays a theoretical foundation for the development of a new instrument for measuring the flow of oil, gas and water multiphase flow in downhole. At the same time, it has a good reference value for the flow measurement of oil, gas and water multiphase flow in other environments. This paper introduces the application background of oil-gas-water multiphase flow flow measurement in the narrow space environment of petroleum production logging, aiming at the shortcomings of the new multiphase flow measuring instrument (electromagnetic correlation Flowmeter) in the oil-gas-water multiphase flow measurement. In this paper, a new structure optimization method of electromagnetic correlation Flowmeter sensor is proposed to solve the problem of measuring the flow rate of oil-gas-water multiphase flow by electromagnetic correlation Flowmeter. The magnetic field distribution in the effective region of the electromagnetic correlation Flowmeter sensor is modeled and simulated using the method of changing the excitation structure parameters in the ANSYS finite element simulation software. Furthermore, the MATLAB numerical calculation tool is used to simulate the magnetic field distribution in the effective region of the electromagnetic correlation Flowmeter. According to the magnetic field distribution of the electromagnetic correlation Flowmeter under different structure parameters, the uniformity of the internal magnetic field of the sensor is analyzed. The optimal structural parameters of the excitation structure of the sensor are obtained. Finally, a numerical simulation method of the oil-gas-water multiphase flow pattern in a vertical riser based on Fluent is proposed. The relationship between the distance between two pairs of detecting electrodes and the correlation between the measured electrodes and the signals collected on the sensor is simulated by fluid simulation. By analyzing the velocity of fluid in various volume elements of different vertical sections on the sensor, The optimal range of the distance between two pairs of detecting electrodes of electromagnetic correlation Flowmeter sensors is obtained, which provides a reference for the parameter design of the distance between two pairs of detecting electrodes in the sensor structure of oil-gas-water multiphase flow electromagnetic correlation Flowmeter.
