二維自感知電容式角位移測量系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:角度是機械行業(yè)中的重要幾何參數(shù)之一,它的準確度直接影響著產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量與壽命,現(xiàn)有許多類型的角位移測量傳感器,往往都是單一角位移量測量且需要把角位移傳遞到相應傳感器中,不能有效實現(xiàn)二維方向上的角位移同時實時測量。本文設計的自感知二維角位移傳感器,即可為大尺寸測量的空間位姿信息獲取提供有效的角位移測量信息,也可以為具有加持對中瞄準的應用需求提供輔助保障。該測量系統(tǒng)具有低成本、自感知二維角位移、測量精度較高等特點。論文主要研究工作包括:1.采用了比例式電容角位移測量原理作為傳感器整體方案設計,并分析計算了動片浮地和接地對電容測量的影響,采甩八瓣式的發(fā)射極板以及動片接地的方案,可實現(xiàn)180°范圍角度測量。2.設計了具兩種電容敏感機械結(jié)構(gòu),分別是動片利用過盈方式實現(xiàn)動片固定和利用約束定位方式實現(xiàn)動、靜極板固定。3.設計了電容角位移傳感硬件電路,包括傳感激勵模塊、信號處理模塊、信號采集、液晶顯示和通信模塊,并完成了測量軟件編制。4.搭建了實驗平臺,對電路工作特性進行了標定實驗,并對所設計的電容式角位移傳感器進行了角度比對實驗。
[Abstract]:Angle is one of the important geometric parameters in mechanical industry. Its accuracy directly affects the quality and life of products. It is often a single angular displacement measurement and needs to transfer the angular displacement to the corresponding sensor, which can not effectively realize the simultaneous real-time measurement of the angular displacement in the two-dimensional direction. The self-sensing two-dimensional angular displacement sensor is designed in this paper. It can not only provide effective angular displacement measurement information for the acquisition of spatial position and attitude information of large scale measurement, but also provide auxiliary support for the application requirement of aiming with the aid pair. This measuring system has low cost and self-sensing two-dimensional angular displacement. The main research work in this paper includes: 1. The principle of proportional capacitance angular displacement measurement is adopted as the overall design of sensor, and the influence of floating ground and grounding on capacitance measurement is analyzed and calculated. Two kinds of capacitance-sensitive mechanical structures are designed, which are the moving-plate with eight flaps and the earthing scheme of the movable plate, which can realize the angle measurement in 180 擄range. Two kinds of capacitance-sensitive mechanical structures are designed, which are the moving-plate fixing by interference mode and the moving-plate using constrained positioning mode. The hardware circuit of capacitance angular displacement sensing is designed, including sensor excitation module, signal processing module, signal acquisition module, liquid crystal display module and communication module. The calibration experiment is carried out on the working characteristics of the circuit and the angle comparison experiment of the designed capacitive angular displacement sensor is carried out.
