【摘要】:亮度式測溫儀的校準大多采用人工方式,人為影響因素較大且校準重復(fù)性較低.為了使測溫儀在校準時能夠準確自動地瞄準溫度燈的瞄準點,采用YG-QP36四象限探測器,設(shè)計出雙自由度自動瞄準系統(tǒng)的機械運動結(jié)構(gòu),利用步進電機的自鎖和雙向精確定位特性,雙自由度掃描溫度燈的瞄準點.用光纖將電子元器件與高溫環(huán)境隔離開,減少溫度對電子元器件的影響.在800~1 200℃溫度范圍內(nèi)采集測溫儀的溫度-電壓數(shù)據(jù),并用最小二乘支持向量機進行擬合,測量數(shù)據(jù)的相對誤差小于0.05%,重構(gòu)均方差為0.019 6.對光斑圓心到坐標原點的距離與電壓進行最小二乘擬合,光斑直徑測量數(shù)據(jù)表明,雙自由度自動瞄準系統(tǒng)能夠提高校準準確度,減小重復(fù)校準誤差.
[Abstract]:The calibration of luminance thermometer mostly adopts manual method, the artificial influence factor is large and the calibration repeatability is low. In order to make the thermometer accurately and automatically aim at the spot of temperature lamp at school on time. Using YG-QP36 four-quadrant detector, the mechanical motion structure of two-degree-of-freedom automatic aiming system is designed, and the self-locking and bidirectional accurate positioning characteristics of stepping motor are used. Double degree of freedom scanning temperature lamp aiming point. Use optical fiber to separate electronic components from high temperature environment.
