【摘要】:油浸式電力變壓器頂層油溫超過(guò)允許限值時(shí)表示該變壓器處于非正常運(yùn)行狀態(tài)。研制了一種深度可調(diào)式光纖Bragg光柵(FBG)油溫傳感器。該傳感器中FBG處于懸空狀態(tài),其中心波長(zhǎng)的變化只受到溫度的影響,通過(guò)油浸式電力變壓器頂部的管座,將該傳感器浸入變壓器的頂層油中,旋擰銅管外側(cè)的調(diào)節(jié)螺母以調(diào)節(jié)傳感器浸入變壓器油中的深度,對(duì)該傳感器中FBG的中心波長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)即可實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)變壓器頂層油溫的在線監(jiān)測(cè),反映變壓器的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明:該傳感器的靈敏度為9.8pm/℃,重復(fù)性誤差為1.78%FS,非線性誤差為2.4%FS,滯后誤差為1.5%FS。
[Abstract]:When the top oil temperature of oil-immersed power transformer exceeds the allowable limit, it indicates that the transformer is in abnormal operation state. A kind of depth adjustable fiber Bragg grating is developed. Oil temperature sensor. The FBG in the sensor is suspended. The change of the center wavelength is only affected by temperature. The sensor is immersed in the top oil of the transformer through the pipe seat at the top of the oil-immersed power transformer. In order to adjust the depth of the sensor immersed in the transformer oil, the on-line monitoring of the oil temperature of the top layer of the transformer can be realized by real-time monitoring the central wavelength of the FBG in the sensor by screwing the adjusting nut on the outside of the copper tube.
