【摘要】:隨著社會高速發(fā)展,我國進入人口老齡化階段,未來老年人醫(yī)療行業(yè)前景廣闊且潛力巨大,F(xiàn)今大眾健康意識和自我保健觀念逐漸增強,醫(yī)療產(chǎn)品不再單純被用作專業(yè)器材,而是作為家用產(chǎn)品漸漸進入更多家庭。家庭醫(yī)療產(chǎn)品的應(yīng)用更是為老年人帶來了很多好處,不僅可以幫助他們及時掌握自身健康狀況,甚至可以對一般疾病進行有效的防治。相較于醫(yī)院檢查治療,家庭醫(yī)療能減輕老年人的心理負擔(dān),更便于家庭成員的護理,且為其節(jié)省醫(yī)療費用;家用醫(yī)療產(chǎn)品相較于傳統(tǒng)的醫(yī)療產(chǎn)品使用操作簡單,防治結(jié)合,能夠長期作用于老年人的疾病防治。它打破了醫(yī)院護理的局限性,使用者不再局限于傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)護人員,使患者與家屬也能參與到醫(yī)護工作中來,有助于提高人們的健康意識和增加保健知識。另外隨著高新科技行業(yè)的發(fā)展,以及人們生活習(xí)慣的改變,機器取代人的勞作將越來越成為社會發(fā)展的主流,人工智能領(lǐng)域在未來人類發(fā)展中或?qū)⒊蔀榘l(fā)展的主流趨勢。本文研究的主要對象人體助力外骨骼便是人工智能產(chǎn)品,是一種模仿人體結(jié)構(gòu)特點設(shè)計的外穿型助力機械骨骼,在醫(yī)療領(lǐng)域有很大的研究價值和應(yīng)用價值。因此,基于人體助力外骨骼的老年人醫(yī)療產(chǎn)品設(shè)計作為本文研究的重點,更是人工智能與老年人醫(yī)療產(chǎn)品相結(jié)合的體現(xiàn),具有一定的歷史創(chuàng)新性,更加符合時代發(fā)展的需要。本研究在這種大的時代背景下,從設(shè)計為人的角度出發(fā)。首先,對人體助力外骨骼的概念與研究背景及應(yīng)用價值做相應(yīng)的介紹;其次,從用戶出發(fā),對當(dāng)前老年人口現(xiàn)狀、老年人生活方式、老年人的特殊需求等方面做了全面的分析,探討老年人家用醫(yī)療產(chǎn)品設(shè)計的研究方式,進而引出基于人體助力外骨骼的老年人醫(yī)療產(chǎn)品這一概念。然后,以“用戶體驗”、“情感化”、“人性化”等相關(guān)理論為理論依據(jù),采用觀察法、問卷調(diào)查法、個案研究法、實踐與交流法等多種方法,進行基于人體助力外骨骼的老年人家用醫(yī)療產(chǎn)品設(shè)計的研究與分析,從而得出基于人體助力外骨骼的老年人家用醫(yī)療產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計原則與發(fā)展趨勢。最后,以外骨骼式康復(fù)機械手臂情景互動系統(tǒng)設(shè)計為例,將本文闡述的基于人體助力外骨骼的老年人家用醫(yī)療產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計原則與其未來發(fā)展趨勢、設(shè)計理念在實際設(shè)計案例中得以應(yīng)用與檢驗。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of society, China has entered the stage of aging population, the future of the medical industry for the elderly has broad prospects and great potential. Medical products are no longer simply used as professional equipment, but as household products gradually enter more families. The application of family medical products has brought a lot of benefits to the elderly. Not only can help them grasp their own health situation in time, but also can effectively prevent and cure general diseases. Compared with hospital examination and treatment, family medical treatment can reduce the psychological burden of the elderly. (B) more accessible care for family members and savings in medical costs; Compared with traditional medical products, household medical products are simple to operate, combined with prevention and treatment, and can act on the prevention and treatment of diseases of the elderly for a long time. It breaks the limitation of hospital nursing. Users are no longer confined to traditional health care workers, so that patients and their families can also participate in the work of health care, which will help to improve people's health awareness and increase health care knowledge. In addition, with the development of high-tech industry. As well as the change of people's living habits, machine will become the mainstream of social development more and more. The field of artificial intelligence will become the mainstream trend in the future human development. The main object of this paper is the artificial intelligence products. It is a kind of mechanical skeleton which imitates the structural characteristics of human body and has great research value and application value in medical field. The design of medical products for the elderly based on the exoskeleton of human body as the focus of this study is the embodiment of the combination of artificial intelligence and medical products for the elderly and has a certain historical innovation. This study is more in line with the needs of the development of the times. This study is based on the design of human beings. First of all, the concept, research background and application value of the human body assisted exoskeleton are introduced. Secondly, from the user, the current situation of the elderly population, the elderly lifestyle, the special needs of the elderly and other aspects of a comprehensive analysis, to explore the elderly household medical product design research. Then the concept of medical products for the elderly based on human body assisted exoskeleton is introduced. Then, based on the related theories of "user experience", "emotion", "humanization" and so on, the method of observation is adopted. Questionnaire, case study, practice and communication methods, and other methods, based on the human body assisted exoskeleton of the elderly family medical product design research and analysis. In order to get the design principle and development trend of the elderly household medical products based on the human body assisted exoskeleton. Finally, take the exoskeleton rehabilitation mechanical arm scene interactive system design as an example. The design principle and future development trend of the elderly family medical products based on the human body assisted exoskeleton are described in this paper. The design idea can be applied and tested in the actual design cases.
