【摘要】：在大地測量領域中,經(jīng)常會遇到需要產(chǎn)生360°環(huán)形準直光束的情況,目前采用的方案是將半導體激光器光束準直,準直后激光束垂直入射到45°圓錐面,經(jīng)圓錐面反射后形成環(huán)繞圓錐面的360°環(huán)形出射光束。為了解決當前方案結構復雜、裝調(diào)不便等問題,研究設計了一種自由曲面反光鏡,使得整個光學系統(tǒng)僅由半導體激光器和反光鏡組成。先將光源當成理想點光源,通過微分幾何分析得到自由曲面離散點坐標,繼而擬合成自由曲面面型,最后利用軟件根據(jù)實際光源尺寸大小進行優(yōu)化設計。仿真結果表明,在半導體激光器發(fā)散角為20°、發(fā)光面半徑為50 mm、焦距為30 mm的情況下,在10 m位置能得到亮度均勻、譜線寬度僅為30 mm的準直光束。
[Abstract]:In the field of geodesy, 360 擄circular collimating beam is often encountered. The current scheme is to collimate the semiconductor laser beam, after collimation, the laser beam is incident vertically to the 45 擄conical plane. In order to solve the problems of complex structure and inconvenient installation of the current scheme, a free-form curved reflector is designed to form a 360 擄circular ejection beam around the conical surface after being reflected by the conical surface. The whole optical system is only composed of semiconductor laser and reflector. Firstly, the light source is regarded as the ideal point light source, then the discrete point coordinates of the free surface are obtained by differential geometry analysis, and then the free-form surface surface is synthesized. Finally, the software is used to optimize the design according to the size of the actual light source. The simulation results show that the laser has a divergence angle of 20 擄, a luminous surface radius of 50 mm and a focal length of 30 mm. A collimated beam with a spectral line width of only 30 mm can be obtained at a position of 10 m.
