【摘要】:為了解決指針式儀表在主軸徑向跳動(dòng)測(cè)量中無(wú)法提供標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電流信號(hào)的困難,提出在傳統(tǒng)的機(jī)械測(cè)量機(jī)構(gòu)嵌入一個(gè)滑動(dòng)可變的精密電阻,通過(guò)電橋回路將電阻變化量轉(zhuǎn)換成電壓信號(hào),利用運(yùn)算放大器對(duì)其電阻值進(jìn)行線性化處理,從而形成符合國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的接口信號(hào),由此建立一個(gè)由基礎(chǔ)測(cè)量、數(shù)據(jù)處理和實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控組成的三層網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)。該網(wǎng)絡(luò)的功能旨在實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程數(shù)據(jù)采集、信號(hào)傳輸、數(shù)值計(jì)算、圖像處理等。將新設(shè)計(jì)的儀表與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)光柵進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)比對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)顯示,采用特殊修刻工藝制作的可變電阻輸出值與線性機(jī)械位移量之間可以呈現(xiàn)嚴(yán)格的對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系,從而為該儀器的實(shí)驗(yàn)室研究走向與再制造有關(guān)的實(shí)際應(yīng)用奠定基礎(chǔ)。研究結(jié)果表明:與傳統(tǒng)方法相比,新方法更加注重采集大量的數(shù)據(jù),形成合適的樣本集合并建立對(duì)應(yīng)的數(shù)學(xué)模型。通過(guò)構(gòu)造的曲線與觀測(cè)點(diǎn)的擬合情況來(lái)進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化模型,并對(duì)今后的變化趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),這樣可以檢測(cè)出隱匿很深的內(nèi)部缺陷,從而為指導(dǎo)維修工作提供有價(jià)值的參考信息。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the difficulty of not providing standard current signal in radial runout measurement of spindle, a sliding variable precision resistor is embedded in the traditional mechanical measuring mechanism. Through the bridge circuit, the resistance change is converted into voltage signal, and the resistor value is linearized by using the operational amplifier to form the interface signal which conforms to the international standard, and a basic measurement is established. A three-layer network system composed of data processing and real-time monitoring. The function of the network is to realize remote data acquisition, signal transmission and numerical calculation. Image processing and so on. Comparing the data between the newly designed instrument and the standard grating shows that the output value of the variable resistance and the linear mechanical displacement produced by the special trimming process can show a strict correspondence. The results show that compared with the traditional method, the new method pays more attention to collecting a large amount of data. A suitable set of samples is formed and a corresponding mathematical model is established. The model is further optimized by fitting the constructed curves with the observation points and the future trends are predicted. In this way, hidden deep internal defects can be detected, thus providing valuable reference information for guiding maintenance work.
