基于IMADM模型的消費者采用智能醫(yī)療服務的影響因素系統(tǒng)

在過去的幾十年中,物聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療保。╨oTH)的發(fā)展給醫(yī)療保健領域帶來了巨大進步。loTH的先發(fā)制人,基于場景且易于訪問的特點改進了傳統(tǒng)的藥物系統(tǒng),并在患者和醫(yī)護人員中引發(fā)了巨大的吸引力。loTH通過給在家或偏遠地區(qū)的患者提供便利,極大地緩解了當前醫(yī)療資源短缺和分布不均的情況。但是隨著市場的發(fā)展,消費者面對具有不同功能和特性的智能醫(yī)療保健服務時,選擇合適的服務變得非常困難。業(yè)界最近面臨的一個主要問題是如何鼓勵推行智能醫(yī)療服務,并讓顧客采納。這項研究的主要目標是利用所提出的模型,來指導智能醫(yī)療服務提供商優(yōu)化服務和營銷策略。本文基于IMADM模型,構(gòu)建了消費者采用智能醫(yī)療服務的影響因素系統(tǒng)。該模型采用決策與評估實驗室(DEMATEL)流程、DEMATEL分析網(wǎng)絡(DANP)方法和改進的VIseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje(VIKOR)方法相結(jié)合的改進 MADM 模型,討論了促進智能醫(yī)療系統(tǒng)技術(shù)采用的標準/維度之間的相互依賴和反饋效應、最優(yōu)替代選擇以及系統(tǒng)修改。最后,本文在實證研究的基礎上對提出的模型進行了評估,并進行了綜合評...
