基于LM5117降壓型開關(guān)電源的設計

【摘要】:本系統(tǒng)以LM5117芯片和CSD18532KCS MOS管為核心器件,采用Buck降壓電路,通過LM5117芯片的PWM波來控制CSD18532KCS MOS管,調(diào)整PWM波的占空比,得到穩(wěn)壓輸出。通過測試,在輸入直流電壓16V的情況下,額定輸出直流電壓為5V,輸出電流最大值為3A;輸出紋波小于25m V,負載調(diào)整率小于2.5%,電壓調(diào)整率小于0.22%,效率可以達到85.2%.
[Abstract]:In this system, LM5117 chip and CSD18532KCS MOS transistor are used as the core devices, Buck step-down circuit is adopted, CSD18532KCS MOS tube is controlled by PWM wave of LM5117 chip, the duty cycle of PWM wave is adjusted, and the steady voltage output is obtained. Under the condition of 16V input DC voltage, the rated output DC voltage is 5V and the maximum output current is 3A; The output ripple is less than 25 MV, the load adjustment rate is less than 2.5, the voltage adjustment rate is less than 0.22, and the efficiency can reach 85.22.
