基于Q-learning的HTTP自適應(yīng)流碼率控制方法研究

【摘要】:基于HTTP的自適應(yīng)流HAS已經(jīng)成為自適應(yīng)視頻流服務(wù)的標準。在HAS客戶端網(wǎng)絡(luò)狀態(tài)多變的情況下,硬編碼形式的碼率決策方法靈活性偏低,對用戶體驗考慮不足。為了優(yōu)化用戶體驗質(zhì)量(Qo E),提出一種基于Q-Learning的碼率控制算法,結(jié)合HTTP自適應(yīng)視頻流客戶端環(huán)境進行建模并定義狀態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)移規(guī)則;量化與用戶Qo E相關(guān)的參數(shù),構(gòu)建新的回報函數(shù);實驗表明引入Q-Learning進行碼率調(diào)整的自適應(yīng)算法在碼率切換的穩(wěn)定性方面表現(xiàn)較好。
[Abstract]:Adaptive stream HAS based on HTTP has become the standard of adaptive video stream service. When the state of HAS client network is changeable, the rate decision method of hard coding is less flexible, and the user experience is not considered enough. In order to optimize user experience quality (Qo E), a rate control algorithm based on Q-Learning is proposed, which is based on HTTP adaptive video stream client environment and defines state transition rules. The parameters related to the user Qo E are quantified and a new return function is constructed, and the experiments show that the adaptive algorithm with Q-Learning for rate adjustment performs well in the stability of bit rate switching.
