【摘要】：校正網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析一般只考慮其發(fā)射校正和接收校正工作狀態(tài),但對(duì)于大口徑陣面天線(xiàn)的情況,由于陣面口徑大,除了校正狀態(tài)外,在系統(tǒng)正常工作狀態(tài)時(shí),也經(jīng)常會(huì)出現(xiàn)各通道饋電口的相位相差很大,甚至?xí)霈F(xiàn)反相的情況。所以在設(shè)計(jì)校正網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí),就必須論證整個(gè)雷達(dá)系統(tǒng)存在的各種工作狀態(tài)對(duì)校正網(wǎng)絡(luò)的影響,避免出現(xiàn)校正網(wǎng)絡(luò)內(nèi)局部承受功率過(guò)大而燒毀網(wǎng)絡(luò)的現(xiàn)象。利用ADS軟件建立電路模型,進(jìn)行分析雷達(dá)系統(tǒng)各種工作狀態(tài)時(shí),校正網(wǎng)絡(luò)中功率和相位的分布。通過(guò)仿真分析,可以清晰地掌握校正網(wǎng)絡(luò)內(nèi)部各處承受功率的情況,有效地提高了校正網(wǎng)絡(luò)的設(shè)計(jì)可靠性。分析結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確、可靠、有效。
[Abstract]:Generally speaking, calibration network analysis only considers the working state of transmission correction and receiving correction. However, for the large aperture array antenna, in addition to the correction state, in the normal working state of the system, due to the large aperture of the array, Often, the phase of the feed port varies greatly, and even the phase inversion occurs. Therefore, when designing the calibration network, we must demonstrate the influence of various working states of the whole radar system on the correction network, and avoid the phenomenon that the local power in the correction network is too large and the network is destroyed. The circuit model is established by using ADS software to correct the distribution of power and phase in the network when analyzing the various working states of radar system. Through simulation and analysis, we can clearly grasp the situation of the power bearing in various parts of the correction network, and effectively improve the reliability of the design of the correction network. The analytical results are accurate, reliable and effective.
