GYTX設(shè)備安裝工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理研究

【摘要】:廣元移動(dòng)為了更有力的支撐市場(chǎng)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展,確保中國(guó)移動(dòng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)勢(shì),決定開(kāi)展GYTX設(shè)備安裝工程項(xiàng)目。本期工程目標(biāo)是做好春節(jié)保障,解決網(wǎng)絡(luò)質(zhì)量普查問(wèn)題,并結(jié)合春節(jié)返鄉(xiāng)優(yōu)先解決鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)農(nóng)村600M以上數(shù)據(jù)熱點(diǎn)覆蓋和重要高速公路覆蓋。落實(shí)市網(wǎng)協(xié)同,根據(jù)當(dāng)前網(wǎng)絡(luò)流量和流量增長(zhǎng)預(yù)測(cè),選擇高流量、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性區(qū)域進(jìn)行網(wǎng)絡(luò)擴(kuò)容,同時(shí)開(kāi)啟載波聚合功能;此次工程項(xiàng)目任務(wù)重,時(shí)間緊,項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理對(duì)項(xiàng)目順利完工具有重要的意義。本文基于項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的理論方法以及移動(dòng)基站項(xiàng)目工程的特點(diǎn),開(kāi)展了GYTX設(shè)備安裝工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理研究。首先,系統(tǒng)地分析了GYTX設(shè)備安裝工程項(xiàng)目的概況,提出了GYTX設(shè)備安裝工程項(xiàng)目業(yè)務(wù)需求,并根據(jù)廣元移動(dòng)基站現(xiàn)狀,及項(xiàng)目建設(shè)資源條件,提出項(xiàng)目建設(shè)規(guī)模及主要工程量,以及項(xiàng)目組織及進(jìn)度計(jì)劃。其次,分析了無(wú)線網(wǎng)主設(shè)備安裝項(xiàng)目范圍及項(xiàng)目流程,依據(jù)相關(guān)材料,運(yùn)用了“三點(diǎn)估算法”等方法估算了項(xiàng)目中各子活動(dòng)的工期,并確定了項(xiàng)目邏輯關(guān)系,繪制了網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃圖,確定了項(xiàng)目的關(guān)鍵路徑,保證了項(xiàng)目的合理運(yùn)作。接下來(lái),提出了GYTX設(shè)備安裝工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制方案。根據(jù)項(xiàng)目實(shí)際情況,運(yùn)用甘特圖對(duì)計(jì)劃進(jìn)度和實(shí)際進(jìn)度進(jìn)行對(duì)比,然后進(jìn)行偏差分析,這些實(shí)際運(yùn)作過(guò)程中影響項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的因素主要來(lái)自建設(shè)單位、設(shè)備單位和施工單位。為了防止進(jìn)度延遲,采取針對(duì)性強(qiáng)的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度偏差糾偏措施,這些措施在一定程度上保證了項(xiàng)目的成功實(shí)施。最后,提出了項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制實(shí)施的保障措施,包括人員素質(zhì)保障,施工組織及物資保障,內(nèi)外部環(huán)境保障等。隨著移動(dòng)通信的快速發(fā)展,4G網(wǎng)絡(luò)在人們生活中發(fā)揮了重要的作用,移動(dòng)通信也正進(jìn)入5G時(shí)代。項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理和控制要求也更加嚴(yán)格。本文所研究的成果,對(duì)通信企業(yè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理進(jìn)行科學(xué)規(guī)劃、有效監(jiān)督和合理控制,從而提高企業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理水平,對(duì)通信企業(yè)的發(fā)展具有重要的理論實(shí)踐價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:In order to support the development of market business and ensure the network advantage of China Mobile, Guangyuan Mobile decided to carry out the GYTX equipment installation project. The goal of the current project is to do a good job of ensuring the Spring Festival, to solve the problem of network quality survey, and to give priority to resolving the hot spot coverage of data above 600m in villages and towns and the coverage of important highways combined with the Spring Festival return home. According to the current network traffic and traffic growth forecast, select high traffic, competitive area for network expansion, at the same time turn on the carrier convergence function; The project task is heavy, time is tight, and project schedule management is of great significance to the successful completion of the project. Based on the theory and method of project schedule management and the characteristics of mobile base station project, the research of GYTX equipment installation project schedule management is carried out in this paper. First of all, the general situation of GYTX equipment installation project is analyzed systematically, and the business requirement of GYTX equipment installation project is put forward. According to the present situation of Guangyuan mobile base station and the project construction resource condition, the project construction scale and main project quantity are put forward. And project organization and schedule. Secondly, the scope and flow of the main equipment installation project in wireless network are analyzed. According to the related materials, the time limit of each sub-activity in the project is estimated by using the method of "three-point estimation", and the logical relationship of the project is determined. The network plan is drawn, the key path of the project is determined, and the reasonable operation of the project is ensured. Then, the project schedule control scheme of GYTX equipment installation project is put forward. According to the actual situation of the project, the Gantt chart is used to compare the planned progress with the actual progress, and then the deviation analysis is carried out. These factors that affect the progress of the project mainly come from the construction unit, the equipment unit and the construction unit. In order to prevent the delay of progress, some measures are taken to correct the deviation of project schedule, which to a certain extent ensure the successful implementation of the project. Finally, the guarantee measures of project schedule control are put forward, including personnel quality guarantee, construction organization and material support, internal and external environment guarantee and so on. With the rapid development of mobile communication, 4G network plays an important role in people's life, and mobile communication is entering the 5G era. Project schedule management and control requirements are more stringent. The achievements of this paper are scientific planning, effective supervision and reasonable control of the project schedule management of communication enterprises, so as to improve the level of enterprise project management, and have important theoretical practical value and practical significance for the development of communication enterprises.
