【摘要】：事物的發(fā)展是前進(jìn)性與曲折性的統(tǒng)一。以人和技術(shù)為例,在前進(jìn)性中,人和技術(shù)是一個(gè)相互影響、相互制約的關(guān)系,人們通過(guò)想象力和創(chuàng)造力為技術(shù)帶來(lái)了不斷的改進(jìn)和升級(jí);技術(shù)的升級(jí)給人提供更曠闊的認(rèn)識(shí)平臺(tái),為人們的想象力和創(chuàng)造力提供基礎(chǔ),也改變著人們的生活方式。在曲折性中,人和技術(shù)同步發(fā)展可能造成雙方信息不對(duì)等,人們無(wú)法有效地利用新技術(shù);有些新技術(shù)對(duì)某些人群有幫助,對(duì)某些特定人群則毫無(wú)作用。手機(jī)自從誕生以來(lái),歷經(jīng)了翻天覆地的變化,技術(shù)的不斷升級(jí)改變著我們的工作、學(xué)習(xí)和生活方式,智能手機(jī)逐漸普及的同時(shí),手機(jī)市場(chǎng)也對(duì)不同群體做了細(xì)分,老人手機(jī)就是典型的例子。傳統(tǒng)的老人手機(jī)主要特點(diǎn)表現(xiàn)在大屏、大按鍵、大音量,但技術(shù)進(jìn)步的同時(shí),老年人群體的心理也在變化,傳統(tǒng)老人機(jī)已經(jīng)無(wú)法滿足老年人的功能需求,智能老人機(jī)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。而這些智能老人手機(jī)中所運(yùn)行的APP與正常人所使用的沒(méi)什么兩樣,老年人在使用這類APP時(shí)會(huì)碰到很多問(wèn)題,此外,這些APP不斷更新后,增加了老年人學(xué)習(xí)操作APP的時(shí)間,這些因素都增加了老年人操作上的難度。本論文旨在解決手機(jī)技術(shù)升級(jí)和老人群體需求變化態(tài)勢(shì)下的這些問(wèn)題。首先,通過(guò)查閱文獻(xiàn)資料等方式了解手機(jī)的發(fā)展歷程和手機(jī)技術(shù)不斷升級(jí)的現(xiàn)狀,加上采用走訪調(diào)查的方式對(duì)老年人手機(jī)用戶進(jìn)行研究,總結(jié)以往老年人和當(dāng)今老年人需求的不同,分析老年人需求變化的原因,從而引出目前老年人使用手機(jī)所遇到的問(wèn)題;其次,通過(guò)案例分析歸納市場(chǎng)上優(yōu)秀的老人手機(jī)特點(diǎn);參考前人根據(jù)老年人心理和生理特征對(duì)老年人手機(jī)的可行性研究,總結(jié)老人手機(jī)UI設(shè)計(jì)原則;最后,根據(jù)以往對(duì)老人手機(jī)UI設(shè)計(jì)原則提出此態(tài)勢(shì)下所出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題的設(shè)計(jì)策略。論文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于:在技術(shù)不斷升級(jí)和老年人群體需求不斷變化的背景下,站在老年人用戶角度上,以動(dòng)態(tài)的眼光深入分析兩者交互過(guò)程中所出現(xiàn)的新問(wèn)題,在迎合老年人審美和遵循老年人操作邏輯的前提下提出解決方案。本論文在解決方案上主要從開(kāi)發(fā)老年版APP入手,為老年人提供專屬的APP,并提出該類APP的更新戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:The development of things is the unity of progressiveness and tortuosity. Take people and technology as an example, people and technology are a mutual influence and restrict each other in the progress of the relationship, people through imagination and creativity to bring continuous improvement and upgrading of technology; The upgrading of technology provides a broader understanding platform, provides a foundation for people's imagination and creativity, and changes people's way of life. In the process of tortuosity, the simultaneous development of human and technology may result in unequal information between the two sides, and people can not make effective use of the new technology, while some new technologies are helpful to some groups of people and have no effect on certain groups of people. Since the birth of mobile phone, it has undergone tremendous changes. The continuous upgrading of technology has changed our work, study and lifestyle. As smartphones have become more popular, the mobile phone market has also subdivided different groups. The old man's cell phone is a typical example. The main features of the traditional old mobile phone are large screen, large button, large volume, but at the same time, the psychology of the elderly group is also changing, the traditional elderly machine has been unable to meet the functional needs of the elderly, intelligent geriatric machine has emerged as the times require. And the APP that these smartphones run into is no different from that used by normal people. Older people run into a lot of problems with this kind of APP. In addition, these APP updates increase the time for older people to learn how to operate APP. All these factors increase the difficulty of the elderly. The purpose of this paper is to solve these problems under the situation of mobile phone technology upgrading and the changing needs of the elderly. First of all, through consulting literature and other ways to understand the development of mobile phones and the status quo of mobile phone technology upgrading, plus the use of visits to investigate the elderly mobile phone users for research. This paper summarizes the difference between the needs of the old and the old people in the past, analyzes the reasons for the changes of the needs of the elderly, and leads to the problems encountered by the elderly in using mobile phones. Secondly, through the case analysis to sum up the outstanding characteristics of the elderly mobile phone in the market, referring to the predecessors according to the elderly psychological and physiological characteristics of the elderly mobile phone feasibility study, summed up the elderly mobile phone UI design principles; Finally, according to the old mobile phone UI design principles, this paper puts forward the design strategy of the problems in this situation. The innovation of the paper lies in: under the background of the continuous upgrading of technology and the changing needs of the elderly, the paper analyzes the new problems in the process of interaction between the two from the perspective of the elderly users with a dynamic vision. Under the premise of catering to the aesthetic of the elderly and following the logic of the operation of the elderly, the solution is put forward. In this paper, the main solution is to develop the old version of APP, to provide the special APP, for the elderly and to put forward the updating strategy of this kind of APP.
