頻譜感知的多節(jié)點(diǎn)協(xié)作干擾與抗干擾研究

【摘要】:認(rèn)知無線電通過動(dòng)態(tài)頻譜接入的方式實(shí)現(xiàn)頻譜共享,被廣泛視為一種提高頻譜利用率、解決頻譜資源短缺的有效方法。頻譜感知是認(rèn)知無線電實(shí)現(xiàn)的基石,其為動(dòng)態(tài)頻譜接入提供指導(dǎo)性信息。然而,由于無線通信環(huán)境的開放性與認(rèn)知無線電“先感知,后接入”的特殊性,頻譜感知過程面臨著潛在的安全威脅。在噪聲與信道衰落存在的感知環(huán)境中,相較于單節(jié)點(diǎn)頻譜感知,多節(jié)點(diǎn)協(xié)作頻譜感知的方式能有效改善頻譜感知性能?墒,多節(jié)點(diǎn)協(xié)作頻譜感知過程卻易受到惡意用戶的干擾,其通過某種干擾方式迷惑認(rèn)知系統(tǒng)使其做出與頻譜真實(shí)狀態(tài)不符的判決結(jié)果,導(dǎo)致協(xié)作感知性能的下降。本論文在現(xiàn)有頻譜感知干擾與抗干擾總結(jié)分析基礎(chǔ)上,分別從多節(jié)點(diǎn)頻譜感知過程中的干擾與抗干擾兩方面展開了研究。研究了頻譜感知的多節(jié)點(diǎn)協(xié)作干擾對(duì)頻譜感知性能產(chǎn)生的影響,提出了一種多節(jié)點(diǎn)協(xié)作干擾的方法。所提出方法通過多節(jié)點(diǎn)協(xié)作,對(duì)目標(biāo)認(rèn)知系統(tǒng)的感知性能相關(guān)參數(shù)進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí),據(jù)此選擇相應(yīng)的干擾策略實(shí)施協(xié)作攻擊。具體分析了對(duì)感知性能相關(guān)參數(shù)進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)所需的長度、影響學(xué)習(xí)準(zhǔn)確率的因素,研究了具體的多節(jié)點(diǎn)協(xié)作干擾策略,最后通過計(jì)算機(jī)仿真驗(yàn)證了所提多節(jié)點(diǎn)協(xié)作干擾算法的有效性。對(duì)頻譜感知多節(jié)點(diǎn)協(xié)作抗干擾方法進(jìn)行了研究,提出了一種基于聚類的多節(jié)點(diǎn)協(xié)作頻譜感知算法,以此減小惡意用戶對(duì)認(rèn)知系統(tǒng)造成的不利影響。該算法在未知惡意用戶相關(guān)先驗(yàn)信息的條件下,利用聚類的方法識(shí)別被干擾的感知數(shù)據(jù),并為每個(gè)認(rèn)知用戶分配一個(gè)身份標(biāo)識(shí)值以減小聚類識(shí)別錯(cuò)誤對(duì)認(rèn)知系統(tǒng)感知性能造成的影響,最后通過仿真驗(yàn)證了所提算法的魯棒性以及有效性。
[Abstract]:Cognitive radio realizes spectrum sharing by dynamic spectrum access, which is widely regarded as an effective method to improve spectrum efficiency and solve the shortage of spectrum resources. Spectrum sensing is the cornerstone of cognitive radio, which provides guiding information for dynamic spectrum access. However, due to the openness of wireless communication environment and the particularity of cognitive radio "first perception, then access", spectrum sensing is faced with potential security threats. In the presence of noise and channel fading, multi-node cooperative spectrum sensing can effectively improve spectrum sensing performance compared with single-node spectrum sensing. However, the multi-node cooperative spectrum sensing process is vulnerable to the interference of malicious users. It can confuse the cognitive system to make the decision results that are not in accordance with the true state of the spectrum, which leads to the degradation of cooperative sensing performance. Based on the summary and analysis of spectrum sensing interference and interference, this paper studies the interference and interference in the process of multi-node spectrum sensing. The effect of spectrum sensing multi-node cooperative interference on spectrum sensing performance is studied, and a multi-node cooperative interference method is proposed. The proposed method is based on the multi-node collaboration to learn the parameters related to the perceived performance of the target cognitive system, and then select the corresponding interference strategies to implement cooperative attacks. The length needed to learn the perceptual performance parameters and the factors affecting the learning accuracy are analyzed in detail, and the specific multi-node cooperative jamming strategy is studied. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed multi-node cooperative interference algorithm is verified by computer simulation. A multi-node cooperative spectrum sensing algorithm based on clustering is proposed to reduce the adverse effects of malicious users on the cognitive system. Under the condition of unknown prior information of malicious user, the algorithm uses clustering method to identify the disturbed perceptual data. An identity value is assigned to each cognitive user to reduce the impact of clustering errors on cognitive system perception performance. Finally, the robustness and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm are verified by simulation.
