金屬納米線陣列全光調(diào)制
[Abstract]:A dielectric-metal nanowire array-nonlinear dielectric composite all-optical modulator based on long-range surface plasma is proposed. Considering the effect of Kerr effect on refractive index change, the influence of metal nanowire diameter, dielectric layer thickness and pump intensity on the reflectance spectrum is analyzed by using the finite-difference time-domain method. The coupling performance of the modulator is improved by rationally configuring the parameters of metal nanowires and dielectric layers and the reflection characteristics of pump light with different intensities are analyzed. The results show that when the diameter of metal nanowires is 40 nm and the thickness of dielectric layer is 1 800nm, the mode coupling ability of the all-optical modulator is the strongest. The reflectivity of the reflection spectrum is linearly related to the variation of the intensity of the pump light, the correlation coefficient is 0.998, and the reflectivity of the incident light can be increased from 0.015 to 0.82 only by the pump light of 0.5GW/cm~2 power. The all-optical modulation of optical signal is realized well.
