【摘要】：目前已有的位置指紋室內定位算法大多都是建立在原始指紋庫的基礎之上,指紋庫的建立精度會直接影響到最終的定位精度。為此,通過對指紋數據的研究,提出一種基于正態(tài)檢驗的室內定位算法。訓練階段,首先對每個指紋點接收到的信號RSSI樣本進行正態(tài)假設檢驗,若接受假設則選用正態(tài)分布函數對其總體進行概率密度估計,否則選用核函數對其總體進行概率密度估計,最后取大概率信號的均值建立高精度的指紋數據庫。在線定位階段,使用K加權鄰近算法(WKNN)估算位置,實驗結果表明提出的算法定位精度較均值模型法以及正態(tài)模型法都提高了15%以上。
[Abstract]:At present, most of the existing indoor location algorithms are based on the original fingerprint database, and the establishment accuracy of the fingerprint database will directly affect the final location accuracy. Based on the study of fingerprint data, an indoor localization algorithm based on normality test is proposed. In the training stage, the RSSI samples received from each fingerprint point are tested for normal hypothesis, and the normal distribution function is used to estimate the probability density of the whole population, if the assumption is accepted, the normal distribution function is used to estimate the probability density of the whole population. Otherwise, the kernel function is used to estimate the probability density of the whole population. Finally, the high precision fingerprint database is established by taking the mean value of the large probability signal. In the online location stage, the location is estimated by using K-weighted neighbor algorithm (WKNN). The experimental results show that the accuracy of the proposed algorithm is more than 15% higher than that of the mean model method and the normal model method.
