大型環(huán)形桁架天線柔性包帶展開動(dòng)力學(xué)仿真與實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:柔性包帶作為一種大型環(huán)形桁架天線的關(guān)鍵部件,解鎖釋放后的展開動(dòng)力學(xué)行為對(duì)大型可展開天線的可靠展開具有重要影響.包帶展開過(guò)程呈現(xiàn)大位移、大轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)、大變形的特點(diǎn),屬典型的柔性體幾何非線性范疇,其展開動(dòng)力學(xué)行為異常復(fù)雜.文中基于10 m級(jí)大型可展開天線的柔性包帶特性與功能要求,采用幾何精確法建立了柔性包帶的展開動(dòng)力學(xué)數(shù)值分析模型,通過(guò)研究識(shí)別了影響展開動(dòng)力學(xué)特性的關(guān)鍵參數(shù),開展了常溫及高低溫下的展開試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,試驗(yàn)與數(shù)值分析結(jié)果相符,驗(yàn)證了數(shù)值分析結(jié)果的有效性
[Abstract]:As a key component of a large annular truss antenna, the unlocking and releasing dynamic behavior of flexible tape plays an important role in the reliable deployment of large deployable antenna. The process of belt expansion is characterized by large displacement, large rotation and large deformation. It belongs to the typical geometric nonlinear category of flexible body, and its dynamic behavior of expansion is extremely complex. Based on the flexible tape characteristics and functional requirements of a 10 m scale deployable antenna, a numerical analysis model of the expansion dynamics of the flexible tape is established by using the geometric precision method, and the key parameters affecting the dynamic characteristics of the expansion are identified. The experimental results at room temperature and at high and low temperature are verified, and the results are in agreement with the results of numerical analysis. The validity of the numerical analysis results is verified.
