超寬帶對典型調(diào)頻引信安全性的影響

【摘要】:針對實際應(yīng)用中某型調(diào)頻引信意外發(fā)火的問題,構(gòu)建了引信超寬帶(ultra-wide band,UWB)輻照效應(yīng)試驗系統(tǒng),開展了輻照效應(yīng)試驗,分析了UWB對該型引信安全性能的影響,并確定了引信的失效機理。理論分析和試驗結(jié)果表明:UWB會造成受試引信意外發(fā)火;重復(fù)頻率越高,UWB對受試引信的干擾能力越強。同為100 k V/m的輻照場強,單次、10 Hz重頻、20 Hz重頻和50 Hz重頻觸發(fā)條件下引信發(fā)火率分別約為20%、30%、50%、80%。受試引信失效機理為:UWB輻射能量直接作用在引信天線和圓柱屏蔽腔體上,引起公共地電位波動,瞬變電壓通過公共地電位傳導(dǎo)至執(zhí)行電路電源端,電源端瞬變電壓上升率超過了晶閘管臨界電壓上升率,導(dǎo)致晶閘管意外導(dǎo)通,從而使引信發(fā)火。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of accidental ignition of a certain type FM fuze in practical application, a fuze ultra-wideband (ultra-wide band,UWB) radiation effect test system is constructed, and the radiation effect test is carried out, and the influence of UWB on the safety performance of this type of fuze is analyzed. The failure mechanism of fuze is determined. The theoretical analysis and experimental results show that UWB can cause accidental ignition of the tested fuze, and that the higher the repetition rate, the stronger the jamming ability of UWB to the tested fuze. At the same radiation field strength of 100kV / m, the fuze firing rate is about 200.3030g / m at 10 Hz repetition, 20 Hz repetition and 50 Hz repetition trigger, respectively, and the fuze firing rate is about 80% under the condition of 10 Hz repetition rate, 20 Hz repetition rate and 50 Hz repetition rate, respectively. The failure mechanism of the tested fuze is as follows: the UWB radiation energy acts directly on the antenna of the fuze and the cylindrical shielding cavity, which causes the common ground potential to fluctuate, and the transient voltage is transmitted to the power source of the executive circuit through the common ground potential. The rise rate of transient voltage at the power source exceeds the rise rate of the critical voltage of the thyristor, which leads to the accidental conduction of the thyristor and makes the fuze ignite.
