基于低頻窄帶的超高性能高頻寬帶合成源設(shè)計

【摘要】:隨著測試儀器的發(fā)展,高頻段信號的應(yīng)用越來越多,因此對高頻信號測試系統(tǒng)的性能要求也不斷提高.本文在基于高性能的低頻窄帶合成源的基礎(chǔ)上,提出一種通用的超高性能高頻寬帶合成源設(shè)計方案.本方案采用分頻鎖相和混頻鎖相組成的雙環(huán)鎖相模式,在分頻鎖相模式下,信號進行快速鎖定,實現(xiàn)寬頻段內(nèi)信號的大幅度切換;在混頻鎖相模式下,通過引入不同頻段的窄帶信號與VCO的反饋信號進行混頻鑒相獲得超高性能的寬帶信號,最終實現(xiàn)寬帶高頻信號的穩(wěn)定輸出.
[Abstract]:With the development of testing instruments, the application of high frequency signal is more and more, so the performance requirement of high frequency signal testing system is improved. On the basis of high performance low frequency narrow band synthesizer, this paper presents a general design scheme of high performance high frequency and wide band synthesizer. In this scheme, a dual-loop phase-locked mode is used, which is composed of frequency division phase lock and mixed frequency lock. In the mode of frequency division phase lock, the signal can be locked quickly and the signal can be switched greatly in the wide band. In the mixed-frequency phase-locked mode, the ultra-high performance wideband signal is obtained by introducing the narrowband signal of different frequency bands and the feedback signal of VCO to obtain the ultra-high performance wideband signal, and the stable output of the wideband high frequency signal is realized.
