經(jīng)編機(jī)電子賈卡混合異構(gòu)串行通信系統(tǒng)設(shè)計

【摘要】:針對傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)編機(jī)多板卡架構(gòu)的電子賈卡控制系統(tǒng)存在的可靠性低、維護(hù)困難等問題,設(shè)計了一種面向工程應(yīng)用、高度集成的新型嵌入式電子賈卡導(dǎo)紗針塊(embedded electronic jacquard guide bar,EEJGB);贓EJGB,提出了一種兼顧通信可靠性和容錯性的分布式混合異構(gòu)串行通信架構(gòu),并對該通信架構(gòu)進(jìn)行了實時性分析。同時,為獲取EEJGB的地址,提出了一種動態(tài)分配機(jī)制。為了驗證該通信方法的有效性和可行性,以Modbus協(xié)議下的具體通信方法實例進(jìn)行試驗分析。分析結(jié)果表明:所提出的混合異構(gòu)串行通信架構(gòu)實時性高,在保證花型文件可靠傳輸?shù)耐瑫r,極大地便利了EEJGB的故障定位、快速檢修和分布式擴(kuò)展,研究結(jié)果能夠為新一代集成電子賈卡控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計提供有效的參考。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of low reliability and difficult maintenance in the electronic card control system of traditional warp knitting machine, a new type of embedded electronic Jacquard guide needle block (embedded electronic jacquard guide bar,EEJGB) for engineering application and high integration is designed. This paper presents a distributed hybrid heterogeneous serial communication architecture based on EEJGB, which takes both reliability and fault tolerance into account, and analyzes the real-time performance of the architecture. At the same time, in order to obtain the address of EEJGB, a dynamic allocation mechanism is proposed. In order to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the communication method, a practical example of communication method under Modbus protocol is used to test and analyze. The analysis results show that the proposed hybrid heterogeneous serial communication architecture has high real-time performance, which ensures the reliable transmission of pattern files and greatly facilitates the fault location, rapid overhaul and distributed extension of EEJGB. The results can provide an effective reference for the design of a new generation of integrated electronic card control system.
