基于NHCTMM的多態(tài)系統(tǒng)不完全預(yù)防性維修決策研究

【摘要】:為提高LRU系統(tǒng)的任務(wù)完成能力,降低維修資源消耗,提出了基于NHCTMM的系統(tǒng)不完全預(yù)防性維修決策方法。采用NHCTMM描述部件的狀態(tài)退化過(guò)程,利用通用生成函數(shù)方法對(duì)系統(tǒng)的可靠性進(jìn)行分析,在不完全維修模型的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了基于不完全維修的預(yù)防性維修決策方法,確保系統(tǒng)在有限的服役期內(nèi)獲得最大效費(fèi)比,并以某雷達(dá)功率放大LRU系統(tǒng)為例進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)果說(shuō)明該方法具有很強(qiáng)的通用性和工程應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the task completion ability of LRU system and reduce the consumption of maintenance resources, a method of system incomplete preventive maintenance decision based on NHCTMM is proposed. The state degradation process of components is described by NHCTMM, and the reliability of the system is analyzed by general-purpose generating function method. Based on incomplete maintenance model, a preventive maintenance decision method based on incomplete maintenance is proposed. It is ensured that the maximum cost effective ratio can be obtained in the limited service period, and an example of a radar power amplified LRU system is given. The results show that this method has strong generality and engineering application value.
