基于幾何光學的高動態(tài)范圍視頻顯示系統(tǒng)背光模組的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:從幾何光學的角度設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)高動態(tài)范圍視頻顯示系統(tǒng)的背光模組。首先明確背光模組亮度均勻性對高動態(tài)范圍視頻顯示系統(tǒng)的重要影響,并通過斯派羅法則確定背光模組LED光源的間距、混光距離等設(shè)計參數(shù),隨后利用AutoCAD軟件進行三維建模,利用TracePro、LightTools光學軟件進行仿真實驗,并通過改造現(xiàn)有顯示屏幕的背光模組來實現(xiàn)高動態(tài)范圍視頻顯示系統(tǒng)。結(jié)果顯示:設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)的背光模組能夠達到高動態(tài)范圍視頻顯示系統(tǒng)的要求,液晶面板的峰值亮度可達2500cd·m-2,亮度均勻性為95.85%。
[Abstract]:The backlight module of high dynamic range video display system is designed and implemented from the angle of geometry optics. Firstly, the important influence of brightness uniformity of backlight module on high dynamic range video display system is defined, and the design parameters such as the spacing of backlight module LED light source, the distance of light mixing and so on are determined by Sparrow rule. Then the 3D model is built by using AutoCAD software. The simulation experiment is carried out by using TracePro,LightTools optical software, and the high dynamic range video display system is realized by modifying the existing backlight module of the display screen. The results show that the designed and implemented backlight module can meet the requirements of high dynamic range video display system. The peak brightness of liquid crystal panel can reach 2500cd m-2, and the brightness uniformity is 95.85.
