【摘要】：在醫(yī)療無線體域網(wǎng)信息傳輸中,基于生物特征和可信第三方公鑰基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施等認(rèn)證機(jī)制存在身份漏報(bào)、誤報(bào)和部署成本高的缺陷。為此,在分析醫(yī)療無線體域網(wǎng)認(rèn)證機(jī)制的安全及性能需求的基礎(chǔ)上,將橢圓曲線密碼體制加密與簽名算法引入現(xiàn)有基于挑戰(zhàn)應(yīng)答的輕量認(rèn)證協(xié)議,基于體驗(yàn)、性能、安全和成本的均衡考慮,提出一種端到端的輕量認(rèn)證協(xié)議。理論證明和實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該協(xié)議具備端到端、輕量、互認(rèn)證、不可鏈接和低成本等優(yōu)勢,是一種優(yōu)選的醫(yī)療無線體域網(wǎng)備選認(rèn)證協(xié)議。
[Abstract]:In medical wireless body area network information transmission, authentication mechanisms based on biometrics and trusted third party public key infrastructure have the defects of false alarm, false alarm and high cost of deployment. Therefore, on the basis of analyzing the security and performance requirements of medical wireless body area network authentication mechanism, the elliptic curve cryptosystem encryption and signature algorithm is introduced into the existing lightweight authentication protocol based on challenge response, which is based on experience and performance. Considering the balance of security and cost, an end-to-end lightweight authentication protocol is proposed. The theoretical and experimental results show that the proposed protocol has the advantages of end-to-end, lightweight, mutual authentication, non-link and low cost. It is an excellent alternative authentication protocol for medical wireless body area network.
