基于光子晶體方形諧振器的可調(diào)諧光信號分離器

【摘要】:在二維光子晶體結(jié)構(gòu)中通過調(diào)節(jié)光子晶體方形諧振器PCSRs(Photonic Crystal Square Resonators)與波導的耦合長度、耦合寬度、及其耦合柱半徑優(yōu)化設(shè)計了光信號分離器.借助于CMT(Coupled-Mode Theory)理論定性分析了兩個PCSRs存在相互作用時,結(jié)構(gòu)中波導與諧振腔之間的電磁波耦合性能,用FDTD方法研究了兩信道傳輸工作特性.表明在設(shè)計的參數(shù)范圍中,基于PCSRs的信號分離器具有高正規(guī)化傳輸率、窄帶寬、平穩(wěn)的信號傳輸強度,中心波長調(diào)諧范圍寬的特性.該類結(jié)構(gòu)可用于同一中心波長信號的功率二等均分,也可用于不同中心波長信號的分離.該微型結(jié)構(gòu)在片上的光路設(shè)計將是一類有潛力的構(gòu)筑模塊,適于光通信領(lǐng)域波分解復用設(shè)計、光路集成設(shè)計等方面.
[Abstract]:In the two-dimensional photonic crystal structure, the optical signal separator is designed by adjusting the coupling length, coupling width and coupling column radius between the photonic crystal square resonator PCSRs (Photonic Crystal Square Resonators) and the waveguide. By means of CMT (Coupled-Mode Theory) theory, the electromagnetic wave coupling between waveguide and resonator in the structure is qualitatively analyzed in the presence of interaction between two PCSRs, and the transmission characteristics of two channels are studied by FDTD method. It is shown that the signal separator based on PCSRs has the characteristics of high normalized transmission rate, narrow bandwidth, steady signal transmission intensity and wide tuning range of central wavelength in the designed parameter range. This kind of structure can be used to divide the power of the same center wavelength signal equally and to separate different center wavelength signals. The optical path design of the micro-structure on the chip will be a kind of potential building module, which is suitable for the design of wavelength decomposition and multiplexing in the field of optical communication, the design of optical path integration, and so on.
