公眾移動(dòng)通信典型制式頻譜使用效率研究

【摘要】:隨著無(wú)線電業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展,爆炸式增長(zhǎng)的頻譜需求給我國(guó)頻譜資源的分配帶來(lái)了嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。依靠傳統(tǒng)“指配新頻譜”的方案逐漸不能滿足日益增長(zhǎng)的需求。如何更加合理的規(guī)劃和利用頻譜資源已經(jīng)成為頻譜管理部門亟待解決的問(wèn)題。公眾移動(dòng)通信作為規(guī)模最大,覆蓋范圍最廣的頻譜使用主體,具有十分重要的研究意義。本課題依托國(guó)家重大專項(xiàng)“IMT-2020候選頻段分析與評(píng)估”,針對(duì)上述問(wèn)題對(duì)公眾移動(dòng)通信典型制式(4G)頻譜使用效率進(jìn)行研究。首先對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外頻譜使用情況進(jìn)行調(diào)研,闡述了國(guó)際電信聯(lián)盟(ITU)對(duì)頻譜使用效率的宏觀定義和計(jì)算方法,研究了衡量頻譜使用效率的傳統(tǒng)指標(biāo);其次,根據(jù)移動(dòng)通信的技術(shù)特點(diǎn)為評(píng)估頻譜使用情況設(shè)計(jì)了指標(biāo)模型,創(chuàng)新性的增加了協(xié)議級(jí)維度,頻譜需求維度等指標(biāo),并對(duì)典型指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了實(shí)測(cè)分析,完善了現(xiàn)存的評(píng)估體系,克服了原有評(píng)價(jià)方法指標(biāo)單一和對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)類型不加區(qū)分的弊端;最后分析了不同的綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法,結(jié)合模型中原始數(shù)據(jù)的特點(diǎn),選擇熵值法和層次分析法(AHP)對(duì)不同運(yùn)營(yíng)商指標(biāo)樣本數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,表明了綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法用于評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系的數(shù)據(jù)處理是可行的;針對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)多工作量大的問(wèn)題,將AHP評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果作為反向傳播(BP)神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)訓(xùn)練樣本的期望輸出值,將訓(xùn)練得到的BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)作為綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型,經(jīng)過(guò)仿真得到測(cè)試樣本的綜合評(píng)分值,經(jīng)過(guò)實(shí)例驗(yàn)證,證明BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)適用于公眾移動(dòng)通信頻譜使用效率的評(píng)估,相比于其它方法更具備高效性。本文從技術(shù)的角度完善了當(dāng)下頻譜管理機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)評(píng)估頻譜資源的指標(biāo)體系,并實(shí)例驗(yàn)證了一套完整的評(píng)價(jià)方法,具有較強(qiáng)的應(yīng)用價(jià)值,能夠?yàn)榧訌?qiáng)頻譜資源管理,合理的指配和重新規(guī)劃現(xiàn)有的頻譜資源提供一定的理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the development of radio services, the explosive growth of spectrum demand has brought severe challenges to the allocation of spectrum resources in China. The traditional "new spectrum allocation" scheme is gradually unable to meet the growing demand. How to plan and utilize spectrum resources more reasonably has become an urgent problem for spectrum management departments. As the largest and most extensive spectrum user, the public mobile communication has very important research significance. Based on the IMT-2020 candidate frequency band analysis and evaluation, this paper studies the spectrum efficiency of the typical public mobile communication system (4G). Firstly, the paper investigates the spectrum usage at home and abroad, expounds the macroscopic definition and calculation method of spectrum efficiency in (ITU), and studies the traditional index to measure spectrum efficiency. According to the technical characteristics of mobile communication, the index model is designed to evaluate the spectrum usage, and the protocol dimension and spectrum demand dimension are creatively added, and the typical indexes are analyzed and the existing evaluation system is improved. It overcomes the disadvantages of single index of original evaluation method and no distinction to business type. Finally, it analyzes different comprehensive evaluation methods and combines the characteristics of original data in the model. The entropy method and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) are selected to analyze the sample data of different operators, which shows that the comprehensive evaluation method is feasible for the data processing of the evaluation index system. The result of AHP evaluation is regarded as the expected output value of the training sample of backpropagation (BP) neural network, and the BP neural network is taken as the comprehensive evaluation model. The synthetic score value of the test sample is obtained by simulation, and verified by an example. It is proved that BP neural network is more efficient than other methods in evaluating spectrum efficiency of public mobile communication. This paper perfects the index system of the current spectrum management organization to evaluate the spectrum resources from the technical point of view, and verifies a set of complete evaluation methods, which has strong application value, and can strengthen the spectrum resources management. Reasonable allocation and re-planning of the existing spectrum resources to provide a certain theoretical basis.
