面向NPA的北斗系統(tǒng)PNT性能評(píng)估體系研究

【摘要】:依據(jù)當(dāng)前"5GEO+6IGSO+3MEO"星座配置下的北斗衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)(BDS),結(jié)合民航非精密進(jìn)近(NPA)的應(yīng)用需求,提出適合BDS定位、導(dǎo)航和授時(shí)(PNT)服務(wù)層的性能評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系及關(guān)系模型,給出BDS關(guān)鍵PNT性能指標(biāo)的評(píng)估方法。通過(guò)首都國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)BDS實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的整理分析,對(duì)精度、完好性、連續(xù)性以及可用性等PNT性能指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了定量評(píng)估。
[Abstract]:According to the current "5GEO 6IGSO 3MEO" constellation configuration of Beidou satellite navigation system (BDS),) combined with the application demand of civil aviation non-precision approaching (NPA), the performance evaluation index system and relation model of BDS positioning, navigation and timing (PNT) service layer are put forward. The evaluation method of key PNT performance index of BDS is given. Based on the analysis of the measured data of BDS at Capital International Airport, the performance indexes of PNT, such as accuracy, completeness, continuity and availability, are evaluated quantitatively.
