【摘要】：隨著視頻服務(wù)逐漸成為人們獲取信息的主要途徑之一,消費者對觀看體驗的要求不斷提高,視頻用戶體驗質(zhì)量已經(jīng)成為視頻服務(wù)的主要競爭因素。首先對用戶體驗質(zhì)量理論進行了系統(tǒng)的闡述,指出了用戶體驗質(zhì)量與服務(wù)質(zhì)量之間的差別和聯(lián)系,同時給出了用戶體驗評價方法的主要步驟和視頻質(zhì)量評價的具體方法。進一步地,對我國現(xiàn)階段視頻用戶體驗評價研究及標準化的進展進行詳細介紹,概括了目前我國視頻服務(wù)的用戶體驗現(xiàn)狀并給出了相關(guān)的改進方向意見。
[Abstract]:With video service gradually becoming one of the main ways for people to obtain information, consumers' demand for viewing experience is increasing, and the quality of video user experience has become the main competition factor of video service. Firstly, the theory of user experience quality is systematically expounded, and the difference and relation between user experience quality and quality of service are pointed out. At the same time, the main steps of user experience evaluation method and the concrete method of video quality evaluation are given. Furthermore, the research and standardization of video user experience evaluation in China are introduced in detail, and the current situation of video user experience in China is summarized and some suggestions for improvement are given.
