面向心電信號去噪的正交小波構(gòu)造方法

【摘要】:為更好地去除心電信號的肌電干擾,設(shè)計出專門用于心電信號處理的正交小波(心電小波)。首先,為滿足正交性要求,對小波濾波器系數(shù)進行參數(shù)化設(shè)計;其次,用參數(shù)化的小波濾波器系數(shù)逼近QRS模板并構(gòu)造出目標函數(shù),在此基礎(chǔ)上以消失距作為約束條件得到優(yōu)化模型;最后,采用拉格朗日乘子法對模型進行求解。從光滑性、與心電信號的相似性、重構(gòu)誤差以及頻響特性等方面,對構(gòu)造出的小波性能進行評估,結(jié)果表明,相對于db和sym系列的小波,心電小波可以獲得更好的綜合性能。當將該算法用于MIT-BIH數(shù)據(jù)庫中的心電信號去噪時,能夠抑制加性噪聲的干擾,使信噪比提高10.32d B。根據(jù)應(yīng)用對象設(shè)計正交小波的方法,為其他專用小波設(shè)計提供新思路。
[Abstract]:Orthogonal wavelet (ECG wavelet) is designed for ECG signal processing in order to remove EMG interference better. First, the wavelet filter coefficients are parameterized to meet the orthogonality requirement. Secondly, the QRS template is approximated by parameterized wavelet filter coefficients and the objective function is constructed to eliminate the interference. Finally, the model is solved by Lagrange multiplier method. The performance of the wavelet is evaluated from the aspects of smoothness, similarity with ECG signal, reconstruction error and frequency response characteristics. The results show that ECG wavelet can get better performance than those of DB and sym wavelet. When the algorithm is applied to ECG signal de-noising in MIT-BIH database, it can restrain the interference of additive noise and improve the signal-to-noise ratio by 10.32 dB. The orthogonal wavelet design method based on the application object provides a new idea for other special wavelet design.
