6~18 GHz寬帶波導(dǎo)合成器設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:開發(fā)了一種6~18 GHz寬帶四路波導(dǎo)合成器,以標(biāo)準(zhǔn)雙脊波導(dǎo)WRD500D36為基礎(chǔ),開發(fā)出了脊波導(dǎo)E面分支合成結(jié)構(gòu)和脊波導(dǎo)阻抗變換結(jié)構(gòu)。最終實(shí)現(xiàn)的四路波導(dǎo)合成器在帶內(nèi)駐波2,插損0.5 d B,合成效率90%,并對(duì)該結(jié)構(gòu)大功率合成的可行性進(jìn)行了仿真預(yù)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:A 6 ~ 18 GHz broadband four-channel waveguide synthesizer is developed. Based on the standard double-ridge waveguide WRD500D36, the E-plane branching synthesis structure and the impedance transformation structure of the ridge waveguide are developed. Finally, the four-channel waveguide synthesizer is realized in the band with standing wave 2, insertion loss 0.5 dB, and synthesis efficiency 90. The feasibility of high power synthesis of the structure is predicted by simulation.
